Horrible service to customers. I placed my order through the app, and as I came to pick it up by the drive-through window, they refused to give me my order, and they refused to talk to me through there. I had to come inside, and on top of that, a manager named Jasmine ignored me after she talked back to me rudely and went to talk to another customer. She also pushed me and acted like it was ok n just walked off n went on her way. Then another manager came and said nothing about the situation and acted like nothing happened.

Pulled up and ordered a combo meal. They said they don't have fries. 1 of the 2 ways that restaurants absolutely make profit on. Don't have it. I said just the burger instead. They charged me for the combo. Great burger though.

The best alternative to In N Out, a better meatier burger for a few cent more. Worth it promise. Their sweet potato fries were a bit of a let down, soggy. And the only bad part is it can take a little of your time to wait for the meal.

Everytime I have been to Habit Burger Grill they may take a bit more time getting the order done, but the crew there are is friendly and courteous. The food is good and fresh.Vegetarian options: They have a great garden burger, is it full vegetarian, that I am not sure but it is a great burger.

Weve gone to the Cat City location several times and have always enjoyed it. The Managers during the workweek are great, but DONT go on a Sunday. The female Manager today was rude (this was the 2nd time) to customers in line...again. Four people walked out in front of me after standing in line for 9 minutes with no one taking our orders. When I asked the Sunday Manager if someone could take the orders of the people in line, she responded with "UGH", gave a smirk and went behind the cooking line and completely ignored everyone. Totally upsetting and this Manager needs an attitude adjustment. We won't be back EVER on a Sunday!

Customer service was ok Food was sadly disappointing Ordered a Santa Barbra burger , there was little to no Avocado on the burger brought it to the managers attention he was kind enough to bring us more but sadly was bad brown nasty Avocado Picture below
