I work in the service industry as well so I am NOT one to leave bad reviews and honestly I'll eat just about anything. My boyfriend and his dad and I went there for his birthday dinner and let's just say we will never go back. Drinks were ok but definitely not right. I had a Paloma and margarita and the mix just wasn't right. You could tell. Anyways, my boyfriend ordered the seafood pasta, looked like shit lol but didn't taste bad. Boyfriend's father orders catch of the day and it was awful. The rice was crunchy and completely uncooked. I ordered the petite surf and turf. I ordered the steak medium rare and it was so well done I literally couldn't cut it with my knife. I took a bite and laughed out loud. Never had an other bite. My lobster tail tasted fishy so one bite of that too and I was done. All in all will never go back. Super bummed. Cayucos locals

I never leave a bad review. I leave shout outs and accolades. We have been coming here for years we love Cayucus, as a small preserved CA town. My husband & I love the view, vibe and Bloody Mary. I needed a walk on the beach and he said to meet there for drink/lunch. I arrived a bit later, but noticed the bar tender was pretty hostile. I was thinking oh. I get it Monday morning tourists,,, but still it was odd. We were going to order lunch, but decided to move on... there it was our 3 tip options starting with 22% - wasn't a big bill since we left after one drink , but we were still committed to 22%. For grumpy service :(

Always fabulous. Best calamari in town. Excellent fries. Eat upstairs at the bar or patio for fabulous views. One of our favorite places.

These folks know how to do restaurants. We had the shrimp tacos, tuna melt, and wheat tangerine beer for lunch. They are courteous, and they sit you quick. You see the ocean right in front of you or you can sit inside where is also nice. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped here for the calamari. It was worth the stop. The clam chowder, on the other hand, was disappointing. It was too watery. I would not get it here again.

Really hit and miss. Some times you'll get excellent food and service, but most of the time it is cold and stale tasting. We pretty much gave up trying to eat there. It's too expensive for the quality of food and service.

I am now addicted to the flash seared Ahi eggrolls on the Appetizer menu. Beautiful view of the ocean. So so great!!!

It was our first time here and we were thoroughly happy with our dinner. The calamari was really good, not rubbery or tough, and the almond crusted coho salmon and pan seared halibut were delicious. Great flavor, cooked perfectly, and the service was really good. Our drinks came consistently and food came out really fast. We will be back for sure.
