I got the Chocolate Devotion which had the chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, brownies, and fudge mixed together. Chocolate and brownies are my favorite. Great rich chocolate flavor.

One employee on a Saturday night? I walked in to buy a premade ice cream cake and stood in a long line with one poor employee trying to keep up the best she could.

Just a follow up to my review that I left I was contacted by the business manager (did not get her name) a very good phone call and they apologized again which was probably what I was looking for the manager was very cordial and the call went very well she told me that I could come in any time for a replacement cake and I said I might or I might not only because I am very busy and run a couple businesses myself so I think the conversation went very well and I will return to that location again Thanks Much

Worst customer service experience we have ever had as a business.Once being delivered with wrong flavors and mix ins, the lady managing called us yelling at us on the phone that they deliver the right flavors, cutting us off on the phone, wouldn't let us talk, or send pictures and she hanged up on us. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Quite inappropriate for someone in a managerial position. Do not order with this Ceres store. Worst customer service experience ever had. I contacted the corporate office to place a claim against the Management of this specific store.

The young lady working Here did a wonderful job there were a lot of customers and the computer went down she handled it very well. I was very impressed with her ability to Deal with so many things at once. Not to mention the red velvet strawberry cake was amazing!

We waited there about 30 mins theres for our ice cream, time waiting wasn’t an issue but the costumer service from this specific was terrible it looked like he didn’t want to be working there.

Worst CS that we ever had as a business. We order the family packs worth over $100 of ice creams. We received the wrong flavors and mix-ins. When reaching back to the Manager of the Ceres store, I was told "Mam you do not understand I prepared that order and nothing was wrong. " he kept cutting me off and didn't want to refund or repair the mistakes. It was rude and unprofessional. When I suggested sending pictures of our order, he refused. Will not reorder again. Our business will not reorder from this company.

No way in hell this place is real. I believe the whole staff dropped acid before the shift. One employee called her boyfriend daddy in front of the customers and as i walked in one of the employees greeted my partner and I, took our order interacted with us for around 5 minutes then left us at the register for 10 minutes then when we asked if she was gonna ring us up she didn't remember us and asked what she can get for us i shit you not..... like no recollection of the events that just happened also it wasn't busy at all like 3 customers and 5 people in staff who were all twacked tf out
