Bad experience, wife is Diabetic and we know pizza isn't the best but it would raise her sugar. She asked for a small cup of soda to help her until the food was ready and they said no sorry cant do that. Pizza was done and some inappropriately dressed Female in spandex that was ratted and see-through was conducting an interview outside and was extremely rude. Wife dropped her sauce and polity asked for a new one and the female was very rude and said no. We get home and decided to call and she answered the phone and said "oh you're the one with the problem" and hung up on her. So very rude and disrespectful. Good thing there pizza sucks.

Employees are just playing around one is making pizza like slow version and one is taking order. 2 others are kidding with each other. Waiting for door dash order always like 15 to 20 minutes for just small order. Always get reply it is in oven will ready in 2 or 3 minutes butttttt?. I think company should change the employees. TAKES TOO LONG!! I arrived there at 6:10pm and got my food at 6:48pm. I had an awards to receive and bring food as well. There was no workers there to ring me up, more customers arrived and they didn’t ring them up, I had to yell “Excuse Me!” 4 times. They DID NOT even have a bell to ring.

Not a good service they took over 45 minutes to give me my order and give us a attitude too, not coming to this place ever again the other Little Caesars has very good service.Vegetarian options: They gave me a little pepperoni they only put like 5-6 pepperoni in the pizza.

Really clean place, but parking lot is not really near it. They do take longer than usual. The food is delicious and warm. The place smells amazing.
Seriously the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant/pizza shop in my life. I called in my order to save time and hassle due to ordering a specialty item they usually have to make after you order in the store. They said it would be 15 to 20 minutes and my order would be ready. I took 30 minutes to get there just in case they took longer than expected. Get there tell them my name he said he was going to the back to grab it and then didn't see him for 10 minutes and even then he didn't say anything to me just kept handing out orders to people who came in and ordered after me. Then he asked me for the name on the order again goes back and they start having a huddle to argue about why they gave the cheese bread that was supposed to be for my order to someone else. Do the guy in the back said I didn't have a cheese bread as part of my order I had those nasty tasteless crazy bread sticks. So front desk guy shows him my receipt and he proceeded to tell him well he is just going to have to wait for me to make him another one. Tell him it will be 20 more minutes. The whole reason for calling in my order was to bypass this exact wait. So I asked if the rest of my order was ready and he said yes so I told him I didn't want the cheese bread anymore I can't wait another 20 minutes or whatever till they make another one. He gave me my food and then when I asked for my refund for the bread he looks confused and then tells me he has to find his manager so he can authorize the refund. Mind you this is a 600 maybe 700 square foot store with three rooms that aren't part of the open floor plan. The bathroom the managers office and their fridge. So after standing there for 10 more minutes because I guess he was hiding really good. I asked for my refund one more time and then I got angry and left because my kids were sitting outside in the car with my brother for almost the better part of an hour. While they treated me a fully paid ahead of time customer like either I wasn't even there or my time and the blatant disrespect didn't matter and was okay to do.

Previously, I might've rated this location 3 stars out of 5. They had extremely slow service and online orders usually took 30-45 minutes even when I only ordered two or three small items, but in general the food was decent quality. Today, however, to my utter disgust, the breadsticks that I ordered were severely undercooked and raw on the inside. I had already waited around an hour for this order to be finished, and I am absolutely repulsed that even with all the time I waited I was met with disappointing, doughy breadsticks. I attempted to call the number for a refund, but there was no response. I would definitely not reccomend this location AT ALL. Honestly, you'd be better off eating at the laundry place next door.
