I ordered 7 sandwiches online and when we picked them up and brought them home we noticed none of the sandwiches' had the order number written down. In order to find out who ordered what we had to open up each sandwich. when I called togos to explain they said they don't number them unless we ask them too. Made no sense to me. I asked to speak to a manager and I think she forgot to place me on hold because I could hear her say there was a lady on the phone complaining. She then answered again and said the manager was not in. I asked for the managers name in which she hesitated and finally said Genesis. I'm almost 100% sure the manager was there but she didn't want to talk to me. Poor customer service. if i can give 0 stars i would.

My husband and I went to have lunch at this location (1560 Hatch Rd). We ordered, Andrew was very polite and even recommended something similar to what I always order. I got out of my comfort zone and tried the number suggested. When we were getting ready to pay I specifically asked about my rewards. Specially since our purchase was $49.76. If we are spending that much money we should be earning the rewards, right! He said yes, I’ll add that at the end. He rang everything up and gave us our total. We paid, then I asked how are you going to add the rewards, by my phone number or name. He then said, oh sorry I forgot to add your phone number. I told him that’s why I specifically asked you before you rang us up. I asked what do we do now? He was honest and said he didn’t know how the rewards system works and didn’t know how we could get the points. Then he asked Giselle, the shift supervisor. She was very rude and unprofessional! Said we couldn’t add the points and she didn’t know. She then proceeded to help the family, which by the way was very rude to them as well. I asked her I thought you were going to help me figure this out and she said no, I’m helping them. Even though Andrew could have rang them up while she helped us. She chose not to and left Andrew trying to figure out the situation. And supposedly she was the shift supervisor! Bottom line I was told the manager was on vacation and they would give her my number for her to contact me. Said she would be back in one week. This happened on 08/07/23 it’s now 08/17/23 and I haven’t heard from them at all! Can’t fix situations but sure can charge you card right away! And no we don’t want free food, if we are spending money at your location and you have a rewards system we should be earning our points! Word of advice train Giselle how to be a good POLITE SHIFT SUPERVISOR. Andrew thank you for trying to fix your mistake and staying polite.

Horrible didn't know how to cash out, told them our order more than three times yet still asking. Ordered hot sandwiches and by the time we got our food to go eat it's all cold and $40 for basically bread! And no soup their excuse is it's summer! I'll take my business to Togos in Riverbank! They don't even deserve one star!!

I ordered a tuna sandwich and the worker didn't add nothing to it just watery a** tuna and bread. Who's gonna pay 10$ for just bread and nasty tuna service here was trash. You don't even have to add toppings when you order on line because there already selected it should be the same in store add the toppings you would normally add don't make the customer's sandwich basic when they could have done that at home

Had to have a pastrami sandwich today. It just so happens that today's special was just that! Belly is happy and so is the wallet. Fast and friendly service to boot!Update: having joined their rewards program, I cashed in on a huge #33 regular triple dip! The hot au jous accents the three meats; Turkey, Roast Beef and Pastrami. Hot and melty provolone on a sourdough bread. Oh my!

Ordered a party tray of sandwiches. Once it came time for delivery I got a message that my order had been canceled. I contacted the store and even though I ordered through TOGOS they kept telling me I had to call uber... Once I finally got them to understand that they set it up they called and the delivery person told them he dropped our sandwiches. After they called their manager several times I was left with no sandwiches for our party and no resolution. They also denied giving me the managers name so I could report it to corporate. They had someone named Natalie call me but her resolution was for me to reorder but when I went to reorder as she instructed there was no longer the option to do that online. I called Natalie back and she offered no resolution. DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I was the first customer today, I ordered 4 custom sandwiches. I go to pay and total is $61. My card isn't working. I try another card, still doesn't work, I try the first card, still doesn't work. The young lady the. Tells me that the Wi-Fi wasn't working when they came in but they had tried it and it had worked once. She asked her superior and I was told that it was cash only and that I could go to the bank or grocery store to get cash. I then asked if I don't buy them, will they just be thrown away? She replied with "we are just going to give them to the people next door". I replied"it isn't my fault that your equipment isn't working properly" she replied "I know, it's not our fault either". If they knew there was an issue, they should have stated it as I walked in. I wouldn't have waisted my time or their time to make the food. Pretty frustrating.

Bella did a great job, asked us plenty of questions to get our food right. We had complicated orders and she took her time and did it correctly. Great customer service.
