Wow this place really went down hill. I guess new owners have taken over and absolutely disgusting . Should have known when I walked in as the place was a ghost town. Bought a beef bowl and a chicken wrap cost me $28. What a waste of money . Threw the food away. Save your time and money and skip this place . I will say the oriental lady at the cashier was very nice and friendly . I believe she was the owner and the Cook was her husband. It was just her and him in there.

I take my grandson on a weekly date and we chose this place because cold stone creamery was across from it. I should of known it was a bad idea when I walked in and saw it completely empty. Food looks nothing like the pictures. No flavor super small portions and overpriced. The owner told me twice that the kids meal didn't come with a beverage and I told him it was fine cause my 4 year old grandson doesn't drink soda. When I went to the fountain Machine he was starting at me and yelled that my cup was for water only. VERY RUDE. I will never return to this Baja Fresh again.

The food is good they just don't run the AC they also charge you a dollar for a refill for soda which is crazy it's really hot and unbearable to sit in there and eat.

This place is a sad excuse for a Baja Fresh. I will say the people are friendly, but they are cutting every corner they can here. Hot day and the AC was off, but they had a couple extra fans going. The ceiling fans were also on but the amount of dust that was built up on them was disgusting! Where they should have 12 different options for sodas, they only have 6, all the other flavor tags have been pulled. I paid $5.99 for a large drink (why I don't know) and they want to charge $1 for a refill!! The restrooms are closed. They have 1 of the 2 trashcans all taped up with a sign saying to use the other one. The salsa bar is closed, but they do have salsas available still. The floor doesn't look like it's ever been scrubbed well, maybe just a light moping cause there are stains all over. Food seemed to be really skimpy on the meat. All in all I won't be coming back to this location.

The Cheese nacho is awful. Guacamole and tomatoes are not fresh. The color is dull. chips are not crispy. Cheese are hardened as in the order has been made for a few hours. The manager would not refund the purchase price. It is $9. Not a lot of money and would like to give the manager an opportunity to right the wrong. Apparently, it is not something he is interested in. 0 star.

$12 for a burrito, $6 for a large drink and rude employees. Come on, I know restaurants are hurting from the pandemic but these prices are ridiculous for fast food Mexican. Don't bother with this place and go elsewhere. Baja Fresh use to be good but they are run poorly and will die off shortly.

I normally enjoy Baja Fresh! It's my first time coming to this one in a long time, and I didn't buy anything and sadly I don't think I will ;(. My boyfriend used the bathroom while I went to look at the menu. I knew he was going to want something from across the street so my plan was to go with him and order and then come back and order my food because I wasn't sure what I wanted yet. When I told them "okay we will be right back", the cook/manager (male) proceeded to tell us that we NEEDED to order something and that we couldn't leave. I understand customer bathroom policies so I contemplated buying a churro, but then he proceeded to get angry and yell at us saying "no no, you have to order food, you need to eat here that is terrible. You cannot come in here and not buy something." At this point I was already not appreciating his attitude. I was like "we plan on coming back to order I just need a minute, we will be right back". He responds with the same rude attitude saying we "couldn't" do that? Then he said "you know what just get outta here!" And we walked out. It's sad because I would have came back and ordered a lot of food but at this point I will not be returning. :///

I ate here before and I had a completely different experience but today my mom and I went and I said no onions but still wanted cilantro and lime on my tacos and they gave it to me plain steak and tortilla. Not a big deal but without the cilantro/lime, very bland and nasty. I called them right after and said not good to me and the two people working both over the phone told me to come with the food and the receipt. So I do just that. What happened next I couldn't believe. I never felt so disrespected and it was uncalled for because I called and asked if I could come back with my food uneaten with my receipt could I get a refund? The lady who took my order passed the phone to the guy who was cooking and he said it'd be fine if I brought both. So I get there and walk in and wave thinking we all on the same page and they refused to refund me! The food was untouched almost and the guy told me unless something is wrong with it that there's no reason to refund it. He told me to use my COMMON SENSE and then proceeded to walk to the kitchen and was talking to the woman and I kid you not I heard him say "stupid". So I called him out like "hey! I didn't come in here disrespecting either of you so don't call me stupid. You told me come here for a refund!" Completely ridiculous and caught on camera. I then told the lady that I work in a restaurant and they way they handled the situation was rude and I said I'm sorry but I'm going to leave a negative Yelp review and she ignored me! So here I am writing my first bad review. Before I left, I asked who's the manager or who I could get a business card from and she said nothing. So clearly won't be returning and it's unfortunate they handled it that way because I'm gonna tell everybody I know not to eat there. Idk if it was a race thing or what but when you have a business and a customer is unsatisfied you find some solution and this man belittled me and was trying to make my complaint seem invalid because nobody has ever said it tasted bad and it was made fresh so therefore nothing was wrong with it. I asked if I could get a burrito then because mine you I'm still hungry lol but then I walked away from them to call my mom and when they made it I didn't see so I didn't want to eat it. Because if you're rude and name calling to my face, who knows what you're doing to my food when I can't see? So 0/10 highly do not recommend. Rubios is way more flavorful and this business needs to be taken over by somebody who knows how to run a business asap

Never been to this place pre-COVID. But as soon as I walked in I had a bad feeling. Place was completely dead , the man who I believe is the owner was sitting in the dining area because there was nobody to serve (he is the guy who is also the cook ) His wife was chilling at the register didn't even notice me walk in. I ordered a steak bowl (half steak half shrimp). As soon as I got It I got an audio smell from the steak. Steak was unflavored , tasted like old meat even the texture was bad . I took one bite got up and retired the complete meal to them. I told them it was nasty and it was obvious the meat was old. Felt like something you'll definitely get sick from so I didn't eat it. I walked across to california fish grill to still have my meal. Wasted money and wasted time .
