So I don't know whose at fault here , I ordered a pizza on Tuesday March 19threw slice app ... went to pick up my order the shop was closed and had a sign that it closed on Tuesdays ..... here I am still waiting for my refund and every time I txt the slice app they tell me ooo no one is answering my phone call even thou I tried calling the store 1 minute after them and someone answered me . I'm still waiting for a refund for a pizza that I never got !!

Have ordered online for pickup from Brooklnz Pizza for pickup for a few years and always Love the Pizza. Ask for the same Pie every time and they do it perfectly. However, this time ordered online and because of geo-locating everything was a mess. The order was sent to this location (apparently a closer store) and not the one we prefer and know. Both are on Artesia Blvd, so didn't even notice the different address. Went to pickup the Pizza at the usual store and they said no order here, so they called the new location, yes it was there, repeated the order and somehow one item I very much dislike and never would have ordered was added. When ordering on your cell be careful, can click on an item while scrolling through the items without realizing. Two things with this, first if it had of gone to the usual location they'd have noticed as your order history comes up and they'd of asked. Secondly, more important, after the store knowing of the fiasco and now driving over from the other location, knowing the extra item was not liked and a mistake, they didn't care and gave the same pizza that was wrong and had been sitting for quite a while. Sure was a mistake and I ordered the extra item, but as far as customer service and knowing it's a first time at this location, bad move. This wasn't the only issue, the pizza was under cooked, where the crust was still dough color and soggy, amount of toppings was very little compared to the other store, overall a very poor experience. Would certainly not recommend this location. Be careful when ordering via the app!!

This location is better than the one farther up on the same street by stater brothers. The guy that runs this location is super friendly and quick. Pizza is always bomb . Highly recommend.

I came here to grab lunch at 12:22pm. Some man told me "we are not open" & it was the oddest thing. The doors were open, pizza was on display and honestly I was hungry and disappointed. Do not come here because you probably won't be served!!!!

I visited the new Brooklynz Pizza today now in Cerritos a great spot for lunch or dinner or grab a pizza to go . Slices available also Salads are great and the Garlic knots too. Jose the manager provides great service very friendly also . I usually order the Manhattan pizza when I go . Inside you will find plenty of tables for you great parking . I hope they will be here in Cerritos for years to come . Pizza very reasonable in price give them a try you will like .

The pizza was really good! I love the thin crust! Reminds me of the Fedco pizza! (Dang I'm old). The only bad thing was it got cold by the time we got home. Maybe one will come closer to LB.

You better off ordering from Artesia location. Service is better if you really want to eat here. But if you want delicious pizza go to Angelina pizza in Norwalk.*UPDATE* my brother ordered from their own website and it was not ready at the time promised! Your better off going to Artesia location if you really like their pizza.

First time going to this location. Ordered an XL half Jamaica (aka Hawaiian) & half pepperoni pie. The pizza was fresh and tasted excellent. It's New York style so the slices were big, thin and the bottom was perfectly crispy. The sauce was very savory. The location is new & the inside was very clean with a handful of tables. Service was quick & easy. I would definitely come back here.
