I used to frequent Bambu growing up and all the ones in my area closed. I saw this spot next to the restaurant I was having dinner at and knew I was going to be getting dessert from here. If I just hadn't had a pasta dinner, I would have ordered a Chewy Pandan but I knew that would be too filling so I opted for the Jelly Coco. The Jelly Coco is coconut water based instead of coconut milk so it's more refreshing and lighter. It fruits (coconut, lychee, longan) and fun pandan and basil seed bits. I enjoyed my drink and would definitely be returning to try the Chewy Pandan. Service was quick! We were there arounf 30 minutes before closing and although there were a few people who ordered ahead of us, we still got our drinks fairly quick. The inside has very few seating so I would'nt hangout there for too long.

I went here with my mom once and ever since I was HOOKED! The service is always fast and nice and they are always generous with the toppings! Not to mention the inside is always nice and tidy. Shoutout to the girl with the bangs during the early shift, she's always super nice and generous! I believe their specialty is the drinks with the snowball on top. Most after tax is almost $8-$9 depending on what you get. It's pretty pricy but I would say its worth it for the amount of toppings and the unique flavors you get. Depending what specialty you get some have more some have less toppings, they have it all listed on their menu. My favorite is their Sweet Thai with no basil seeds, no palmseed, no longan, and substitute it all for more jackfruit. It's the BEST!!! Overall they have many unique drinks here but I would suggest trying one of their snowballs as I feel like they provide you with an even more unique and tasty experience!!

A friend introduced me to this place. I ordered the D8-Tarolicious. It was good and had lots of taro and not too sweet. On a couple of occasions I went back to get the same drink. I was disappointed that they changed the recipe and added more green beans and you can hardly taste the taro...at first I thought the guy didn't make my drink right. On another occasion I went back and ordered it again. Yup! They sure messed it up again. Why would you call it Tarolicious if all you put is majority green beans??

Wow wow wow! So happy to enjoy some delicious Vietnamese Che. We drove an hour just to come here and it did not disappoint. Maybe it's because I haven't had Bambu or any Vietnamese Che in 3 years but that Jelly Coco drink was the best Che I ever had! Also the coconut pandan waffle was perfection!

I originally came here for the coconut pandan waffles but of course I had to try their drinks... and let me tell you... BOTH DID NOT DISAPPOINT! 10/10 for the drinks, the waffles, and the service. I'm really glad there's a place close by now where I can grab some coconut pandas waffles! They are my favorite and to had a place that's close by that has them, PLUS delicious drinks is just win-win. The waffles are 2 for $7.50 or 1 for $4, I believe I could be mistaken for the price of one. But just get two cause one won't be enough! LOL they are really good! The waffles are the perfect crisp to soft ratio and pretty huge! Strawberry milk was a 10/10 and the taro coconut pandan was also a 10/10! I will definitely be coming back. Looks small from the outside but there's decent amount of sitting inside!

Everyone needs to try pandan waffles. They're delicious! Not too sweet and a little bit mochi-like when they're fresh. What I also like is that they're affordable. The selection of teas and smoothies is also pretty good. The Vietnamese and Thai ingredients available are fun to try! Ordering ahead to just pick up is a good idea on a busy afternoon because of the people who might be coming here to pick up dessert after a dinner near the mall. You can avoid the wait by doing that!

Went to this place for the first time tonight and got my grandmother a Mango smoothie with boba she loved and I got the Sweet Thai and omgggg the flavor and texture was so perfect. Crunchy with the ice, multi flavor and I love the chewy pieces. I had been wondering about this place but never got the chance to stop in and glad I finally did. Thank youuuuu

The chewy pandan dessert was amazing, as was the pandan waffle. There's such a huge selection also, with most of the shaved ice desserts using Asian-centric ingredients like pandan, grass jelly, taro/ube, and mung bean. A great alternative to ice cream, there's no need to wait until summer to enjoy the treats here. It's oddly always empty so we waited until today to stop by; our loss! We'll be back. My parents were delighted to see ingredients from their home countries featured in the desserts.

The person serving us was so nice and helpful especially with our questions since it was my friends' first time. The ambiance is very friendly to kids. Next, will try their pandan waffle.
