Good but can be better. Sometimes, especially if it is busy, expect that it will take a while to get your order and sometimes, you get a random order.But the food is quality though.. And make sure you dress properly or else yourserver will keep ignoring you and will go to people who dress nice 1st..

Will never come here or bring my office staff again. Checked in and was told 1 hr.Got the text to sit and when I went up was told 10 min.Came back after 30 asking how long and was told 10 minFFWD 30 min and I can back up and told 10 min again. Me and my crew left 2 parties of 82 hrs to sit people is absurd when u tell them an hr just be upfront with them !Poor business and the reviews tell the story.All 16 of us will leave our honest review :-)

Pass on this one-Checked in- told you’ll get a 2nd textGot 2nd text went in to check in again.Told 3 people in front of meWaited and they sat 5 groups…. Went back to the host and asked, was told your up next sorry about that. They sat 2 more groupsOnce again back to the host….Now they can’t find my number….Put me in line and said you’ll be next…..host change off and another group called;Me again back to the host stand…This time the guy was like you just checked in 5 min ago :-/I explain and all he can tell me is you’ll be called when it’s your turn and there is a number of people (15+ in front of you)Yea never again

I like it here but the wait time tends to be long and because they are so busy, there is always some sort of mistake made or servers don’t have a whole lot of time to make sure you have everything you wanted. Not necessarily the worker’s faults though. Not trying to be not picky here either, this is what has happened every single time I’ve been here so far. Regardless, is a pleasant experience. You just might have to compromise a little bit due to the fact they tend to be so busy.

This place is seriously understaffed.It takes forever to get side dishes and meats.Overpriced for the customer service they provided.Not coming back.

And I've been to this restaurant many times but I went again yesterday and the truth is that neither the food nor the service served, that is, nothing served. It was the worst dinner I've had in a long time. Everything was terrible. It was quite a disappointment. We ordered appetizers and drinks and First they brought the meats, we ate the meats alone because they brought the rice until we ordered it about 3 or 4 times and it was poorly served. After the meal, they brought the appetizers and the drinks, they brought them almost when we were already out of ice, the glasses were half full. I mean, disappointment and they still have the nerve to ask for tips. I wasn't even going to give them but my husband gave them so I don't even think I'll return to this place. I'll look for another place where they care about giving good customer service.

When to celebrate my son's 21st birthday on a Tuesday. the service was poor waited for like 20 minutes for the 1st plate of meat and like 10min in between for the rest of the meats no refills for drinks no change of the hot plate had to get up several times to look for our waiter overall a sad and bad experience it was my son's favorite restaurant but not any more. The service was bad even when we talked to the manager nothing changed we still didn't get our food. I wish we could give negative stars. It was so disappointing.

My favorite Korean BBQ spot in so cal.Went on a Wednesday afternoon noon and it was very active. My server Tyson was polite and fast. Message for management, the floors are very slippery even when not wet. Im guessing, it's due to the grease from the grills and the smoke. Not too sure what can help since that's what KBBQ is famous for, since you cook the food yourself. Maybe, they can put signs warning guest about this. Went to the restroom and almost slipped. Nonetheless, the food is delicious and the staff in great!

Don’t come if you want an authentic Korean experience, this is peak American consumption. I’m fairly new to exploring the Korean food scene in LA, and I was looking to quench my nostalgia from my past life living in South Korea… this was not even close. Horrible atmosphere, overwhelmed service, bad side dishes, not enough kimchee, and grills were way too hot. I should’ve known better, hopefully my future endeavors get me closer to the truly amazing cuisine Koreans have to offer.

We had such a horrible experience on Saturday night. Theres a serious manager issue for this place, which makes the dining experience overall horrible, and stressing out all the workers there. People are going to be upset at someone, and obviously thats going to be the people they have to interact with. When none of the issues had to do with the staff, everyone was just overwhelmed. First of all, they're understaffed on a Saturday night, our poor waiter was the only waiter for a huge section, he was rushing around the whole time we were there, things kept coming out wrong, but how could he keep that many orders straight?! (Our waiters name was Troy, he was so sweet and was doing his absolute best in this chaotic mess, he didn't show one ounce of frustration or annoyance, i applaud him for that!) Second of all, if they did realize they were going to be understaffed on a weekend night, why are they going to keep both buildings open for business and keep sending people from the main building to the side building, causing an overwhelming situation for EVERYONE. We ended up waiting over 2 hours, after being told at the main building it would be an hour wait, but sending us to their second building, being told we would be seated faster. But after we got sent to the other side , it seemed like they were sending everyone over to their other building, the hostess's were extremely overwhelmed, kept getting yelled at for a situation they werent even causing, which again comes down to management for treating their workers like that. If you do decide to dine here, go in with compassionate hearts for those who are trying their best, and go after the people who are making the choices the employees are having to follow! Also something was seriously up with their drink machine, and tasted nasty. Other than that food was good, typical Gen food.

Not sure if I will return. The food was good, the place looks nice, but the wait time was ridiculously long. Allow me to elaborate. I arrived at 5pn and I was told that my wait time was approximately 1 hour long. I decided to wait because I figured it would be less, since this is typically the case. I waited for an hour before I received a text message stating that my table would be ready within 15-30 minutes. Once again, I waited, since it was very busy. However, while waiting I noticed that bigger parties were being called before me. Didn't question it since I figured that they were probably waiting before me and I didn't notice them. After almost 2hours, i decided to speak up because they kept telling me that my party was next and it was coming up. However, my name was not being called. My fiance and I were very upset because it was 7:15pm and we were still waiting. After 4 times of asking what my wait time was, I decided to be direct and ask for a Manger because it was crazy that I was not seated after waiting 2 hours and I saw that only bigger parties were being seated. Not sure how much more longer i would have waited if I didn't speak up. It is sad that it got to this point. The sad part is that i was not the only one that waited this long. It appears that they prefer to service bigger parties and not smaller parties. It should not be like this, when each customer will pay. I hope the change their customer service in regard to attending party size. Each customer deserves the same to equal service!
