The chicken fried steak was good. The gravy did not over power the flaver of the steak. Also the pancakes were fluffy but the margin or butter did not melt on the pancake. Even tho it did not melt it pancakes tasted good.

I miss the variety of pancakes syrups and hope they bring them back. We had a great breakfast and balloon animals were very well received by the kiddies. Our server was fantastic as well. We'll be back

The place was packed on a Saturday morning for breakfast, however the manager was so hospitable and efficient in handling everyone.Got us a nice table and quick service. Their new Omelette menu is very good and of course the pancakes cannot be missed.Vegetarian options: If you don’t eat eggs, then the choices are very limited for vegetarians here.

Please don't waste your hard earned dollars eating here. Basic breakfast food was horrible...meaning bacon, eggs, and pancakes ? The two strips of bacon were cold and looked like something from an alien movie. The eggs did not have an ounce of taste to it. I had to try and doctor It up, but it was still no good. The only good thing that I did enjoy was the pancakes ? I could have done better having breakfast at McDonald's.

First time in this location, we usually go to the one in Buena Park before this opened. Servers were attentive, especially the male server. Not sure if he was tthe manager because he wasn't wearing the all black uniform like the otherss. Had the short stack pancakes, some tasted undercooked vs super moist, a bit difficult to swallow but still good. Noticed they didn't have all the syrup flavors out, only the classic. You have to ask for the otther flavors. At least it says no high fructose corn syrup. They have outdoor seating which would be perfect for when the weather gets warmer.

This is hands-down the best IHOP, as it has plenty of outdoor seating and is in the Cerritos Towne Center, so it's on a promenade where you don't feel like you are eating outdoors facing a parking lot. And don't get me wrong, there's plenty of parking. IHOP keeps evolving their menu, so they stay relevant with items like protein pancakes and avocado toast for the millennials. LOL. But hey, it's solid, good food. Also, they have their unless pot of coffee, so I love it that they leave the insulated pot there, which saves the server time and makes it hassle free for me to warm up my coffee cup on-demand. Hey, I can serve myself on that count. Win-win and it would be great if more places just left the pot at the table. We have been back and will keep coming back.

The host is really slow. She has a weird way of planning how to seat the guest. For example she had us wait (party of 5) and decided to seat everyone else first because they were parties of 4. When a party of 5 fit in the table too. She had a nasty attitude and called me baby, very disrespectful and unprofessional. Manager came to help and sat us down fast. We had to wait long for our drink and food to be ordered. Overall this ihop is by far the WORST one. Slow service, none experienced workers. They need to train their staff better. 0 stars. Do better.

I went into the ihop in cerritos town center today in order breakfast. I got an omelet and figured out that it would come with hash Browns and toast since Most restaurants that's what they give you. IHop said no, what side do you want? You get one, you get your choice of pancakes or toast or hash Browns, and I told the server, Since when is two pieces of toast a side it's not it's toast. That was discouraged so I don't think I'll be going there at least for breakfast.

Was there for my Dads Birthday and the waiter helped so much. The food was quick and good. Its hard finding an IHOP that isnt so jam packed on Sunday morning and they provided quality service with no wait for a table.

I'm glad I didn't listen to the waiter and insisted on ordering a Wanka Burger. For me, the taste is more unique than ordinary burgers. If you insist on the flavor of American burgers, you may not like it too much, but for me, a novel but not weird experience is more enjoyable, not to mention that it combines a fantasy and Adventure movie.There is avocado (avocado) in the burger. I personally don’t like it very much, but combined with the sauce, beef and other vegetables, the taste is smooth to my taste.I went there on the morning of Christmas Day. I am very grateful that ihop is still open and allows us to have a place to have breakfast with my family. I am also grateful to the service staff for sacrificing the holiday to serve everyone. Wishing everyone a happy new year.
