Takes a little dexterity to get the plates from under the dome but it easy to get the hang of it quickly. Some unexpected offerings including some beef offerings. The beef with unami oil was fantastic! It's easy to spend more than intended. A lot of the options are the same as you would get at most sushi restaurants so don't expect really innovative sushi. All of it is really fresh. The robot delivery of drinks is cute. You can order other things that come on another belt right to your table. They have a cute video after each 5 plates and a prize ball after 15 plates. They also give rewards (5% off your bill) for your next visit. These rewards expire quickly (like in 3 weeks from when you get it) which isn't great for the customer.

It looks like a fun place to work but for a customer who just wants to have a quiet quick bites and have some fresh air outside their house because is suffering from a certain condition the loud talking and laughing beside us by the employee's or probably a manager or owner is unbearable to my EAR'S AND ANNOYING instead of me getting relaxed and enjoying a quiet bites with my wife it got me irritated and triggered more of my condition so i told my wife I'm going out and just pay the bill and I'll wait in the car and go somewhere else. I guess they don't understand the meaning of manners and serenity of the customers. Also mainly the environment isn't as the same as it was first originally opened. I told my wife if they ask if its our first time here just say yes so we would know the difference between then and the new management as they say.

My first time here, the set up was different but not in a bad way just different from what I am use to. The food was pretty good. I would return.

My dinner here was a tier below the other Kura Sushi locations I've been too in terms of quality of food, customer service, and overall dining environment. I felt as if the ingredients were not as fresh and the selection of rolls were extremely lacking when compared to other locations. I also had to use the call bell twice and the first time no body showed up for over 15 minutes! I eventually had to go up myself and ask for an extra pair of chopsticks. The second time they came in about 10 minutes and the workers were just on their phones while talking amongst themselves the entire time. The whole "contactless ipad sushi experience" only works if the employees of the establishment themselves understand the small but vital roles they would still need to fulfill in order for the customer to have a seamless experience. Perhaps this was just bad management behind the scenes at this one location only or because it was a weekday since this has not been the case at other branches. All in all, I overall would not recommend this location and would rather choose a real sushi restaurant or drive a bit further for a proper Kura Sushi experience.

Although everything was great right thru the front door, maybe I'm just not used to the experience but I feel like the amount of rice on the sushi could have been something more substantial... Nearly every rice ball fell apart immediately when I tried to grab at it and dip in sauce.Quality cuts and amazing flavors despite my small and only issueParking: Although rather spacious overall, you might find yourself a small walk away from your car; dozens of other business in the same bustling plaza.

There was plastic wrap (that did make its way into my mouth, hopefully I didnt swallow any) in one of my rolls. The fish is sliced terribly thin and overall just way overpriced for 2 pieces of 60 % undersized nigiri. The single good plate was snow crab. Terribly dissapointing in every way, other than the fun of the conveyor belt and sending used plates away automatically. Also the tablets are way too high and uncomfortable to use.

Went there for lunch on Sunday and waited about 35 minutes before we were called. The quality of sushi and other items were mediocre for $4 something per plate, but sweet shrimp was pretty good.

Love the sushi here, but there is always a long wait line. It's a must try, though.

Price was fine and about what we expected. Did 15 plates and it came up to be around 50ish dollars. $3.55 a plate. The fish was great. Spider rolls were great and the bluefin toro so soft and fatty. Loved it all! If u had the meat sushi with the wagyu and stuff, it was soft and tender but seemed to be served cold. Prefer those warmer but overall great experience. Came during lunch so servers/hosts seemed like they had a handful of people to deal with but they were all really kind and polite.
