Dim Sum is okay but not authentic. The presentation is not the traditional way of dim sum. For example, steam pork ribs did not have taro. Beef ball is plain. Bean curd roll has too much soup. Kid of disappointed. Shang-hai pork soup dumpling has no soup. BBQ pork is too fatty. Disappointed.

On a positive note the interior of the restaurant is great, the contactless ordering system is pretty cool, the portions are big, and the food comes out fast!Sadly the actual food is pretty subpar. We ordered 6 different dishes and they looked great, but not a single one was hot let alone lukewarm. Even the best one I wouldn't give more than a 6/10. Overall an okay dining experience, but nothing to really come back for.

Second time here, very disappointed with the service. The place is not inviting. Tried to sign on the waiting list and it didn't work. So much for technology. Finally we got seated.Asked the an older server for hot mustard and chili oil for the dim sum. Rude gentlemen pointed to the Sriracha. The server was to bothered to be helpful. I clarified that Sriracha is not chili oil. He informed us that would be an extra cost. He only brought the chili oil then walked away and snub us. We had to ask another server for the hot mustard! They obliged immediately with no drama! We asked for soda with our meal, we were given flimsy, tacky paper cups without tops.Considering the price for the dim sum, lack of choices, tacky paper cups and lousy service better to go to Sam Woo or Sea food Harbor to get your dim sum.

You have to join the waitlist as this restaurant is really busy. But the wait is good due to the quality of their Dim Sum. Service is fast as long as you already know what to order. You have to scan the QR code provided to you and choose your order from the
