I used to love this restaurant but lately it's just terrible. I took my family and some friends here last Saturday and they were closed mid day randomly and did not open during their posted hours. A group of people collected outside and waited for them to open up. Multiple people called and they stopped answering the phone. After finally getting inside, we didn't get water until hallway through our meal. They no longer offer green tea. Most of their menu is no longer ordered. What I did order came out horrible quality. Please see my attached photos of veggie tempura and a creamy salmon roll with almost nothing inside. They no longer offer dessert either. I'm very unimpressed. I hope they go back to how they used to be bc now they suck.

Always happy when my family goes to the Magic bullet to eat. They have a really good Sushi selection and I always try something new or different when I go. Tried eel for the first time, it was good. Called the dragon roll.

Best sushi I’ve had since moving here from Oregon 6 months ago. I would give them 5 stars but the service takes forever. They have a bullet train to deliver your food. You would think they can hire a few more people to serve and actually make the atmosphere more enjoyable.

Went here since it was the only place that didn't have a wait-list at the time...Originally the waiter and food service was decent. No complaints until midway during our dinner. My friend asked for sprite and when it was delivered, the can was sitting in the mug of ice. My friends and I looked at each other (all worked in the food industry before). We kinda gave it a second to process that, that is NOT sanitary??? So we joked about it trying to play it off that they were trying to keep the soda can cool, but ...really?We couldn't really play off the lack of communication. Three different and awkward occurrences.1) we noticed salmon options weren't really listed on the touch screen menu. We asked them if they ran out, in which they did. This wasn't the worst of it, so I didn't think much of it.2) our touch screen menu suddenly become the lock screen? In other words, we couldn't use the menu and couldn't get around the lock screen of the logo. When we asked the server, he said, "one moment, let me check that out for you." And never came back.3) another server just dropped the check off without saying anything. She answered our question, when we asked her at least and seemed nicer. It was still off putting to just drop off the check and not say anything.Anyway... Maybe that's why there wasn't a wait-list.

I wanted to love this place, but the food was mediocre at best. Not only was all the sushi lukewarm but the preparation had no care. The price is affordable but the food didn’t sit well. If you enjoy sushi from a convenience store this is the place for you but if quality is what you want I’d recommend going elsewhere and spending the extra money.

The ambiance is soothing, good music. audience are families with children. no alcohol on the menu. food takes time to arrive since there is only one train per row of seats.

The garlic ponzu, The caramel salmon and the Spam masubi or some of the best items there I did try a few other roles but these were my favorite items. The service is also very expedient and welcoming. I enjoyed my time there

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this sushi restaurant. From start to finish, everything was a disaster. The service was incredibly slow, and our server seemed to have no interest in taking our order or even acknowledging our presence. When we finally did get our food, it was of extremely poor quality. The sushi were sloppy and poorly made, and the fish was not fresh at all. In fact, some of it tasted downright rotten. I would strongly advise against eating here and would give it a 1-star rating at best. If you want waste your money, this is the right place:)

Sushi is not fresh enough and the rice is not cook well too. We won’t come again. Kura Revolving sushi is much better.

This place was a bit empty when we showed up but it wasn't the dinner rush yet. But the reviews online had really good ratings so we decided to go and grab dinner. The sushi tasted fresh and there were daily half off deals which was nice. I think we paid like 7 dollars for a ponzu plate set.

Me and my family passed by here when we came by to get some Taiwanese shaved ice. And we notice this place and it looks interesting? Then we decided to come and try it for the first time but my usual place to go eat is Kura. And wow! The food was not all that great and not that many items on there menu the magic roll was way too sweet I couldn't take the last bite but force myself to eat it before my stomach was feeling weird after. The fish and other fried items was cold not even hot... And the portion they put inside was so little plus the meat was seared with sugar on top! That made it worse it was like I'm eating sugar instead of fish. The Tonkatsu ramen tasted like those ramen you buy from the grocery store and they put into a bowl. Honesty this place is my first and last time I'm coming here I don't recommend anybody to come try this place you'll be disappointed just like I am.. I will be going to Kura my go to place there sushi and Ramen has better quality than this place that's why some of there menu items was 50% off and way too overpriced! Because the food sucks!

Food was bad.... but my server was even badder . However, the only good thing about this place was the service and the whole sushi train gimmick but that only takes the restaurant so far. Every piece of sushi I tasted felt old and nasty. Way overpriced for what it is. Save yourself the trip and the money. The ambient is so quiet from how little people come, that should have been my first clue. Oh well!

Horrible experience. Food was awful! Menu has changed alot. The quality is unspeakably horrible. See pics. I understand its not an authentic sushi place, but for the "fun" eating experience of a bullet train delivery method, my daughter and and I thought it would be fun. But the food was gross and NOT what the menu pictured. Will NOT be returning.

what a big waste of my time I wasted 30 minutes to sit down, place was just about empty me and my family just ended up leaving ..... they had me put my name on the waiting list I was the only one on it ! lol I wish I could've tried their sushi but I didn't ! there's so much food around there don't even come here unless you want to waste your time.....

Lol this place is clueless. The staff doesn't have any idea what's going on. They're out of things they promote on their social media and don't have 50% off sushi that they promote in store. Hard pass.
