I'm Taiwanese so I'm biased that meet fresh can do no wrong. Every desert cold or hot is fantastic. All season long, there's a desert that hits the spot. Colder days I go for the hot stuff, summer days you gotta dig into the shaved ice and all year long there are excellent teas.

This is the worst Meet Fresh location. The main area is not clean. None of the staff take orders and ask customers to order via a self service machine. Only 1 self service machine is open and has long lines up.

This place is ridiculous! They have a "no outside drink" policy. So after spending a lot of money on my daughter and her friends, they would not let their one friends sit inside with them (who had a drink from another place). So either the friend had to leave, or i had to take the drink away. WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! There are a million other boba and sweets restaurants in Cerritos to take my hard-earned money to.

food; ordered a black sugar boba milky shaved ice, boba was soft chewy fresh and its very sweet but you can adjust sweetness so that slays service; slay as well, my friend and i were having troubles with our orders and the employees resolved it well enoughambiance; good for group settings/ study sessions for sure, if you don't like noise i would suggest noise cancelling headphones

Friend wanted to meet here for our girl's date. Haven't been to Cerritos in a LONG time so, sure, why not? I've been to Meet Fresh before and you pretty much know what to expect - delicious Taiwanese desserts. They have everything from boba to hot/cold grass jelly desserts, shaved ice, egg waffle, tofu pudding, the whole nine yards. Upon entering, I was greeted by staff members. You can either order with the staff or you can order at their kiosk. They were busy prepping as they had just opened when we arrived so we opted for the kiosk. I got the Icy Grass Jelly Signature which came with grass jelly, taro balls, grass jelly shaved ice and coffee creamer (half & half). My friend opted for the hot tofu pudding with taro balls and taro. My portion was huge and very satisfying- at just under $9. Hers was a bit more disappointing- hence why I deducted 1 star. She ordered taro balls as extra topping which they charged her an additional $1.20 but when her order arrived she literally only got 2 little taro balls. But overall, she enjoyed her dessert too. This location is inside a fairly good sized shopping center with a lot to do. There are restaurants and other another boba place (ShareTea) and even a Sprouts! Parking lot has plenty of space for parking so that shouldn't be an issue. Definitely looking forward to my next visit to this Meet Fresh location!

Fast service! Music is relaxing, you can study or just have a nice evening out. This is definitely baby friendly dessert spot in Cerritos. I found it to be clean and tidy. We came on a Tuesday evening, and it was pretty empty so we got our chocolate waffle and with vanilla ice cream and black tea boba within 5-6 minutes. I've been here on the weekends, and you can expect a wait time of at least 15-20 minutes to get the same order. As for the taste, super yummy and I really like the flavor and soft texture of the waffle, the ice cream is meh, but the black tea was really outstanding -- I enjoyed the hot black pearls. As for the prices, it's a tad expensive but the presentation and taste of the chocolate waffle is worth it in my opinion.

They really mean no outside food or drinks. We had a drink from Starbucks and literally someone from the back came to the table and told us to put that drink away. I didn't notice that every table had a label stated no outside food. Until it was told it was company policy and it's on every table .It made the experience so uncomfortable. yet took my order and money in the front and proceeded . For dessert not worth it , wouldn't be going back.
My kid misses shave ice from Taiwan so I need to bring her here to satisfy her craving and tie her over until we go back there again. It’s a bit too sweet and pricy for us but it does good job.
I really enjoy their shaved ice, but their ordering system is very lacking, which makes it difficult for anyone who is not tech savvy to place an order. My parents would never be able to successfully order on their own.Though there is the option to order with the workers, they make is pretty obvious they don't want to help and want you to struggle to get your order in via their self ordering system that needs a major face-lift. As many have mentioned, the service is pretty bad and unfriendly, but I still come for their desserts.
