I got a plate from here and my chow mein had tons of veggies, I know we get veggies in it obviously but I didn’t think this much! Hopefully I can get this made up somehow bc this was awful :/

They used to have good customer service here, but not anymore. I went to buy lunch today and felt that they were nonchalant.The white rice tastes uncooked. They don't have brown rice too.

Terrible customer service. Rude cashier she gave me looks when asking for my third entree since the other lady didn't give me it when I bought the bigger plate. They gave me attitude when I was simply asking something. Would not recommend to come terrible atmosphere.

I asked the lady for my white rice and orange chicken and a separate bowl for fried rice but then I go to sit down to eat and it’s a complete different order. I kindly went back to ask for the right order and one of the ladies started giving me terrible looks and gave such terrible costumer service. I don’t appreciate this kind of act at all and I think that they do not deserve a good review!!!

Jessica A. worked the counter and register alone! on 5/27/23. There was a long line yet she did a great job and continued working hard getting everyone what they needed. She exhibited great customer service. She deserves to be recognized from management. Manage apparently sent employees to other Pandas Express, leaving this location short staffed. Not so smart. I hope Jessica gets promoted there or elsewhere. She's great!
Very nice and welcoming! Asked for some fresh veggies and the server asked if I didn't mind waiting 5 min. It ended up taking less that that. The food was hot and very good

I love Panda Express the food is always fresh I actually had to wait for my green bean chicken today. With the 2 entrée meal it great for lunch and dinner. Also when you do the survey on the back of the receipt you can get a free entrée it's only a few questions. I will definitely return very soon...
