Authentic Taiwanese flavor hotpot. I like it! The only downside is during the busy hours, they are understaffed, and service would be slow.

The food was good and it was the first time in a long time that I enjoyed it. Teppan beef was also delicious.

This is my go-to hot pot spot in OC. I stopped going to boiling point a long time ago. They have such a long line, pricey, and a small portion. This place always has a plenty of seats with a nice ambiance, and customer service is very quick and efficient. If you go there for lunch, they give you free iced black/green tea. I

Second time I've been here. First time dined in. Second time take out. It's ok. Boiling point has more flavor. Vermicelli noodles are fresher at boiling point. Service is ok. Ambiance is ok. Nothing to write home about here.

This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! I ordered the mushroom pot and it came with so much pork and mushrooms.. the broth tasted amazing too! The service was outstanding and the servers were super accommodating and always checked on us to see if we needed any extra broth. Loved my experience here and will definitely be back!

Pot on fire is where my mom and I usually get tw hotpot at. But for the last few times we went, the food wasn't really great. All the hotpot we ordered, they put lots of satay inside, so all we tasted were just satay heavy. I really wanted to give an 1 star on the rice. The rice was either super hard or the last few times were mushy and weird ... I can't have a bad rice with main hotpot, and I honestly think how can you messed up on rice. Used to come here all the time, but if they don't change the poor quality or inconsistency, then I'm sorry you've lost a loyal customer here.

Love the food, but not the service or how dirty the place is. Look at their sauce containers. When we pointed it out to them, the waiter said "We cleaned it every day" (obviously not!). Besides that, it's almost like they didn't train their staff well. When I asked for more soup, they came to refill mine and then just walked away without asking others at my table, who also wanted more soup. We had to flag them down again. We had to speak very fast to get what we wanted before they walked away from us. This isn't how a good service goes at a restaurant (or anywhere). Cerritos has many other good food options, this won't be one of ours next time around.

I really like their pork blood r with rice cake here. It is the only place in the area that I have found will have this and also try it the way I like. Their hot pots are ok but when I asked if the soups have sesame they weren't able for tell me since they said it all came premade. So I was not able to try them safely since I have an allergy

I would recommend if you want the best experience here come before busy hours. I feel as though the restaurant is a little understaffed when serving a full restaurant. There were some instances that I do feel like the service could have been better from cleaning the table to overall table service. The food served were comparable to other individual hot pot places like Red Flame. For food I would recommend getting the house original, spicy Taiwanese, or the satay pot. The one we tried this time around was the curry fishball pot and it was not one I would try again. We also ordered some Fried Appetizers on top of the hotpot we tried. I enjoyed the fried tofu since it came as a pretty good portion that was shareable. A very simple restaurant that went along with the individual hot pot trend. A good option if you're looking for a reasonable hot pot that offers variety.

Coming back again for their tasty hot pots. We ordered two satay pots and my usual pumpkin pot. All tasted good and delicious to our taste as usual. We came in at 1:25PM so they still have lunch menus which is $1 less than dinner with the same portions. However, I was surprised that they provided free delicious green or black tea with any hot pot order. They have the QR code order system and it was easy to use. Their price is very reasonable in this area. The service was fast and we got our free tea within a minute. The restaurant was half full and the ambiance was comfortable to enjoy our lunch. We highly recommend this place if you like hot pot.

Came here twice and both times I felt like it's just okay. True their servings are bigger than boiling point, but tastes the same. We got different hot pots, and all of us was craving more after. Broth ran out fast, not enough meat and was just okay. For the price point, just add few more bucks and you can do all you can eat instead. We ended up going to Old Ferry and got donuts. All in the best thing about this place was free parking and lots of boba options afterwards.

My boyfriend wanted to try this place after seeing my parents and I had gone, so we went last Saturday around 7:30(?)pm. We did not have to wait and got seated immediately which was pretty good for a weekend dinner out. I tried the House Special pot this time and my boyfriend got the fish filet rice, beef don bun, and mango milky slushy. I liked the Sukiyaki pot more that I got last time; in my experience beef has tasted better than pork belly whenever I get hot pot, although you can request to switch from pork to beef for another $1. I requested to take the cilantro out but unfortunately they forgot to :( but it wasn't a big deal for me to take them out myself since it was just garnished on top. They did substitute the stinky tofu with regular tofu for me though. I didn't try the fish filet my boyfriend had, but he said it was good. He also said the beef don bun was good but that it didn't taste like a regular bun; he was a bit disappointed since he expected a regular bun but it was wrapped in something similar to a hamburger bun. He really liked the mango milky slushy. I'd still recommend this place overall!

Great for sharing! The broth was well balanced, and there was a sauce bar in case you wanted more flavor. You place your order through a QR code at your table and then your food will be brought out momentarily. It wasn't too busy around 8 and we got seated immediately. The music was chill and overall a great and warming environment! Don't let the reviews fool you!
