Customer Service - 0 Stars. It is just awful. Cleanliness - 0 Stars. Very dirty on the outside, and too many homeless people made their home around the building. Food- 3 Stars. Food is decent, but they don't take any phone orders or any premade orders. It's a business that needs new employees, cleaning, a new look, and upgraded technology.

I used to come here many years ago, but then discovered Goody's Donuts. Unfortunately in the past few years Goody's donuts' quality has gone down. I searched online on yelp for another donut place in Cerritos. Rainbow donuts came up and the reviews were good. I decided to try again. Am so glad I did! I got a bear claw, tiger tail, glazed doughnut and a buttermilk bar. The classic, glazed doughnut was delicious! It was light, fluffy and delicious! The buttermilk bar was very good as well. I love the classic donuts. The average donut is around $1.75 but a mixed dozen is about $17. I will definitely be back!

Who doesn't like a rainbow...wanted to love this place, had a few minutes to kill-- so, bought treats for Mom and a doughnut for myself. Doughnut was average, shop was average and clean. Mom's croissant was stale and bitter. Cronut not special, and neither was the muffin. Sadly, will not go out of my way to go there again.

I have been trying to find a good doughnut place to doordash to my college dorms at Cal State Long Beach and Rainbow Doughnuts was great for doughnut holes. Would highly recommend and also would like to try their other doughnuts and coffee as well

Yelp has no oversight the owners have been here for only four months. Yelp should erase everything before that. This donut shop is easily over 5 stars! I'm talking about everything. Taste, Quality, Cleanliness, even which it shouldn't be allowed to be rated: service. Sofia (or Sophia) is a genius! Bear Claws, Glazed, Cereal, jam filled, sprinkled, machia (that green tea stuff) , cronuts that sell out, etc... all excellent! Worth it. Should have been USA top ten. I'm a fan.

Since I moved to the area 2 years ago, this has been my go-to donut shop. It was pretty good, but now under new ownership it has gotten better. The new owner is nice and the donuts are excellent... I'd even go as far as saying 2x better than previous. I think the prices may have gone up just a little, but it appears the quality has also gone up. Despite these points, there is one huge glaring (or should I say glazing) issue!Now I'm never going to lose weight

This donut shop has been around since I was a child. I’m not sure if they have new management, but the young lady that was in there was VERY rude. I walked in to get a scratcher which they used to have but found out they didn’t so I trashed my water bottle and walked out. Then the lady proceeds to follow me and ask me if I only came in to throw away trash.

This has been the best donut shop I've been to since moving to Southern California 23 years ago. The owners and family are the sweetest people!And the Banana fritter is my favorite item here. So many choices... but I always go back to my favorite item!
