Went yesterday, lighted sign in window says open, door locked & couldn't see anyone inside. Called today, no answer although it says it's open online.

Came in on a Thursday morning, had a great experience here. The food here was remarkable as well as the customer service. The food was nice and warm as well as fresh which is always a good sign. The flavors on the lobster fries just synergized with my taste buds. The cashier made me feel very welcomed and was very polite. A very well rounded establishment.

Worst customer service today. Gentlemen took my order down wrong and when I had mentioned it to him, he made zero effort to fix my order. He instead told me that I would enjoy the order that I did not intend to order and apologized for messing up... I understand he made a mistake and apologized but no intentions of trying to make it right was upsetting.

The food here is pretty good. I would like to eat here more often. However, over the past year, more than half the time that I place an online order it gets canceled by the restaurant 8 minutes later. Multiple times it was canceled while I was on the way to the restaurant.

Located in the Anaheim Packing District, this shop is easy to find, easy to park near, and had great service. We tried the Classic Braised Beef Poutine and the Chicken Katsu Curry Poutine. Both were pretty good, but nothing out of ordinary. Overall, yummy!

The guy at the front was friendly but when I ordered.. they were out of Mac and cheese bites. I ordered the classic poutine and wanted the loco moco with rice base.. they were out of rice base.. so I I just got classic poutine and friend curds.. let's start off with these were not real cheese curds.. these were white cheddar cut up into cubes.. didn't have the squeak of real cheese curds.. if you know you know.. the regular size was huge.... And it was pricey.. this place is so hyped on Instagram and it was a disappointment compared to the pictures on there.. I get that the supply chain is messed up right now. But come on guys.. get it together.. these weren't even real cheese curds... over hyped.. disappointment...

Ok sooo we've been wanting to try this place out for a long time ! We have always seen them on our Instagram and we are finally here , Something totally different and really good we got the lobster fries!!! Wow amazing we are the only people that are in here I really don't know why ! Place is so good and smells amazing ! Thank you we will be back like this weekend! Lol I do recommend to the business owners , on yelp it says you are closing @8 but I asked one of the employees they said you guys close at 9pm . Thank you

We came in for the first time on a Saturday evening and immediately noticed that all the craft sodas with the exception of Cola and water were out. We just opted for small water cups instead. This was also followed by a list taped to the register with what FOOD items were also unavailable which were honestly some of the sides were looking forward to trying. I ordered the bulgogi fries and maybe I'm not too well versed in what a "poutine" or whatever is supposed to taste like but I expected the bulgogi to be sweet.... Since bulgogi usually is. I requested a change to the fried chicken which he was able to to do. when I received that one I was just met with chicken lacking in seasoning.

I visited on 12/4/21at approx 3pm. I was excited from seeing the food on IG and wanted to try the shrimp and Calamari. Disappointed to find that the Calamari was on the menu board but they no longer serve it.. The cashier was very nice, I give them that. I ordered the Large Cajun shrimp that was supposed to come with sausage, corn, cheese and green onions. I ordered it with 1/2 chips 1/2 fries.I received the order and proceeded to my car to eat before I began driving again. As I began to eat I noticed that the sausage were very dark, they appeared to be old , there was a really hard piece of sausage in my bowl and it didn't have any corn. Needles to say, I took it back. $18 almost $19 and dried up sausage! No!!The same cashier helped me right away and brought my complaint to the attention of the manager, who made my food over, presented as it should have been at first. As a consumer and hungry customer I'd like my food to look somewhere close to how it was posted on IG or any other form of social media . It did not. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit there and I will definitely not be returning. On another not the manager came out with colorful crocks on like he was at home, and the other guys had some on as well.. it was very unprofessional for a take out dine in establishment.

Each plate could be a whole meal. It's probably smarter to share because of these dishes can be pretty heavy. But overall, the dishes are delicious! I especially liked the lobster nachos. So much flavor! I will be back for more!

Was craving some poutine and decided to try out sauced up! Ordered the pork belly poutine with waffle fries, sunny side up egg, cheese curds with gravy. Came out fresh and cripsy - definitely alot for just one person so its best to share with a couple of friends. I wasn't a big fan of the cheese curd though. Overall, delicious!
