The Cobb salad for five was a HUGE hit at my office! It fed WAY more than 5. One person even said that they never eat salads , but was “converted” bc it tasted so good, and wanted to order from here again! Price was very reasonable.Helena made this salad beautifully and generously, and all the staff were kind.Will definitely order this again!

Man I do not know why I keep coming back here.The first time I tried this place, I ordered a salad in person and it was actually delicious. I got the Cobb salad and the worker recommended adding croutons and chipotle ranch dressing. It was awesome!! I was excited to make myself a regular at this place.Since then I've ordered from them maybe about 4 or so more times and each time something has been wrong. When I order for pick up I order about 5 salads total.The second time I ordered from them they forgot to add dressing to one of the salads. I messaged them and they said they would give me a credit for a future purchase--they did not.The third time I ordered, I wanted to try the Steak Out salad. When I got home and opened it up, it had literally everything on the description except the steak. I went back on the website to make sure I didn't read it wrong. Maybe I ordered wrong or didn't add the steak or the steak was literally "out" of the salad. I called the restaurant to clarify and gave them my receipt/order number. They said they would issue me a refund and never did.Finally, I wanted a salad and was still riding the high from my first time there so I ordered the Cobb Salad again. Not only did they not dress the salad, they mixed in brown avocado. Like someone just thought "it's all mixed in--no one will notice this absolutely browned avocado that I throw in." I normally don't mind a little discoloration but this looked unhealthy to eat.My partner also mentioned the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller.I really enjoyed my first time here. But the slow and steady decline of my enjoyment and experience makes me really disappointed in a place I was previously very excited about.On top of it all, the need to order ONLY via their app and pay ahead of time (as opposed to being able to call an order in and/or pay at pick up) just makes it overall not the best for me.Now I have to find a new go-to salad spot because I do not plan on coming back here.

I eat salad from all over the country because I’m professional Bodyguard for celebrities. There is nothing better than SIMPLY SALAD custom greens. Food is fresh and taste amazing. I literally eat there twice a day. Service is like a family atmosphere. My favorite worker is Fabian, always making sure everyone is taken care of. All the workers are amazing!!! S/O to all the workers at SIMPLY SALAD ??????

The lord of salads! These salads are done right and will fill you up in a good way! Really, if you decide to try being healthy for a while, come here first and give yourself a fighting chance. I'm not a salad guy, but with this place not too far from me, I may be able to add a few years to the life span, lol! (Almost forgot, don't sleep on the soup!)

Found a new restaurant to get an excellent salad. They use healthy ingredients and everything tastes great. We tried the Downtown Cobb. It made for a great lunch. It would also be a great entree for dinner. We'll be back soon.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!, i went here with high hopes first time so i really didn’t know how the salad bar worked, Hispanic cashier girl seemed high or hungover had to repeat my order 3 different times, till i kind of gave up and agreed to whatever, wait time was wasn’t too bad, i get called for my order I went to the pick up area and a asain girl with a stocky build and severe acne pretty much threw my order at me, i then requested a refund because i simply stated i didnt like how the customer service was which is a very valid reason to get a refund because at that point i had lost my appetite , the asain girl then made eye contact with a really tall African American lady with broad shoulders and they simultaneously said “call him” like if they were going to call someone to come do something to me. Whoever they called never answered, so i was forced to take my order, i tried reasoning with the young lady on how throwing someone’s order might come off rude, she said that’s how she handles orders because of her production time, the place seemed really unbusy for that kind a customer service, I was in total disbelief, I would maybe see it working at a Amazon facility throwing packages on conveyer belts but not how you go about handing someone’s food order, she then apologized and I accepted her apology, so in summary of my experience SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, unless you want to experience the WORST customer service, I was so disappointed I threw my food away and lost out on 30$

I was in the Cerritos area so I stopped at this location. I walked in and was greeted so nicely by a tall young man who also took my order.It was about 30 min before closing time, which made me nervous that the food wouldn't be fresh. It was not only fresh, it was delicious!Try the Cue with ranch dressing. Omgeeee! So good.
Helpful and friendly staff, delicious and healthy food, long hours, what's not to like? Quickly becoming one of my favorite places for a healthy guilt free meal. It's not too close for me, but if I'm in the area or have the time, it's worth the drive. They have salads and generally one or two soups available.

Manager has a terrines attitude and told me it’s easier for me to look at the menu when I wanted to sub out 2 items. They seemed to have been under stress but coming from the manager I can only imagine the working conditions.

I stopped into Simply Salad in Cerritos for a healthy lunch after spending the day shopping. I was greeted warmly by two employees behind the counter. Riley asked me if I had ever been to any Simply Salads, and when i said No, she offered to help me with my first order. Assuring me that this would be the first of many salads I would have at this establishment. Riley told me about other locations and shared her favorite way to have the Chinatown Salad by mixing both dressings together. Riley was absolutely right!! I loved my salad, and will definitely be back thanks to Riley!
