Drove on Oct 30, 2023 only to discover that the Cerritos location is closed and Cerritos location is longer listed on website. The door was locked and interior was demolished. I had dined there earlier in October and there was no indication nor notice of closure. Phone number is not in service. Please see photos.

I have never in my life had a waitress saying I didn't tip her. I pay with my bank card, going to give her cash. After I sign the credit card paper she look, she said I didn't give here tips. I tell her I'm going to give her cash tips. After that I put the tips on the table, left. I use to be a waitress, by her doing this,what she does is not perfessional. I was going to give her more by her asking me for the tips I only gave her $4 only, left. I did thank her. My ticket was only over $22 She said thank u, I never turn my back, look at her. I won't be coming back for sure. I would have tip her more if she didn't ask? She was very unprofessional by asking?

OMG ... The food is delicious. Went there by accident because we were at the boba place next door, and ended up ordering Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Noodles and Chicken Wings. Each item was excellently cooked and packed and it was delicious. The quantities were more than sufficient for one person, and service was fast. Definitely going back; will recommend strongly to everyone.

Food was tasteless especially their soups. Has little to no flavor. Service was ok but considering that they call you out for under tipping puts me off. When asked for portion sizes, they gave me a wrong ratio so I ended up over ordering resulting in a lot of left overs. Honestly, regret spending my money here and then being told to tip the minimum “15%”. I hate tipping culture I swear. A customer shouldnt have to pay you on top of your pricing if theyre unstatisfied with your food.

Tastes were above average. To the level that you would not hesitate to come back and try their other offerings. The prices are a little on the high side, most likely because of the rent expense. Overall, still recommended occasionally.

The Xiao Long Bao ( no. 23 in the menu) is a must try in the restaurant. It is really good, although I wish there was a little more soup inside it.
This place sucks. Their customer service is very poor. They made me wait for my to go order for 45 minutes and no one was in the restaurant. I even called ahead. I will never come here again.

So this place is my new favorite go to for Spicy Beef Noodle soup. Their Beef Brisket noodle soup is legit Tried some of their dumplings, were pretty good. Had Shanghai Xiao Long Bao, pork dumplings and shiu mai. They were pretty good, def good idea to share them, they only come in 8 piece. Get the beef noodle, ask for it spicy

My HONEST review as someone from the SAME CULTURE + understands the struggles of FOOD BUSINESS: Food took over 40minutes for just take-out buns. I wanted to save time by buying take out. The owner is really stressed out and she lets it get to her. The store only was empty, no lines, but since she's stressed, her employees are also confused and stressed. I saw the employees mix up both orders and checks just waiting. She kept saying "aiya," "hey you! girl aiya," and muttering because she's stressed. My mom is also an old, Asian lady that gets stressed, but the extent of this lady led to bad management. THIS IS WHAT MADE ME LEAVE A REVIEW: the chefs' aggressive, wet coughs in the back. You can hear multiple chefs coughing. Not soft coughs, but loud coughs with phlegm. If your employees are that sick, please don't make them come to work. It says a lot about how you compromise quality and cleanliness just to feed more customers for money. After 40min, she pulled some buns out of a mysterious kitchen with coughing people. I no want :-(

Just eat here. Don't be fooled by the ratings. Just eat here. It's some of the best noodles, fried rice, and chicken I have had. All with that Shanghai style. It just hits different. I do not know much, but what I do know is that the flavors this place has is immaculate.
