Been wanting to try The Mustard Seed in Cerritos for a while & was not disappointed. This is a great option for anyone looking for healthy, flavorful vegan meal. Savannah was very friendly & helped in deciding our order. We ordered the taco bowl, Happy Hawaiian bowl, & a wet burrito. Slightly pricey, but the quality of the fresh ingredients & quantity was good. Met Phillip the owner, who talked to all his customers & said he's working on bfast & new additions to the menu. Can't wait to try them & I would definitely recommend The Mustard Seed for anyone looking for Vegan options.

Fresh and very tasty vegan food. I had the carne asada fries, delicious. I can't wait to try their other food. And savannah gave great service!

Holy yolks! If there were fried eggs like this when I was vegan, I may not have returned to my meat eating ways. Their egg had a savory & silky center yolk that ran like the best of them. The loco moco had good flavor and I loved it with some louisiana hot sauce. Didn't miss the meat at all. Chase, our server, was super sweet and welcoming. She brought out some beignets for us since it was our first time there - they were fried fresh and tasty. A little heavier on the texture but def enjoyable. Looking forward to trying their other plant based offerings.

It's my second time here and I have enjoyed the food and the flavors. I had the Hawaiian Bowl last time and tried the Peanut Satay Bowl & Crab Cakes this time. All have been delicious and satisfying even if I didn't have any meat (I'm not a vegan or vegetarian). Got excellent service from Alexis E. Will be coming back for lunch again ;)

The food was a little on the pricey end, but the presentation was amazing and the imitation eggs were quite impressive in taste, appearance, and texture!

My husband and I decided to try something new and went here. We ordered the loco moco bowl and the wet burrito. The loco moco bowl was delicious! The hubby enjoyed the wet burrito but advise it's really spicy! Our server Alexis was amazing too! Will be going back to try some of their other items.

Unfortunately, I don't like fried food. Most everything in there is fries. I got the taco bowl which was not fried but had some kind of meat and it was topped with an expensive salad and what tasted like thousand island dressing and a bunch of rice. I was looking for more proteins. really disappointed. I would say if you like crunchy rolls and mayonnaise dressing over them in a sushi bar, this place would be your place to go. Walked out smelling like fried food. Don't get me wrong. If you like fried food it's good.

Finally got to sit inside and the strawberry hibiscus drink is amazing, very sweet but I guess that what u get with juice. The fries r prefect, it's everything I want in a fry!! Loco moco was great again, the chicken blt was good too but the breakfast burrito was not good at all, it was off, just not my thing after having better.

I don't have enough amazing things to say about this wonderful place!!! Alexis and Savannah are the absolute sweetest souls, and they made my most recent visit such an amazing experience. Give those 2 beautiful ladies a raise! They were so warm and welcoming and we had an amazing conversation about vegan food, fitness and bodybuilding. The food is to die for, the quality is so on point, and the taste is 10000/10! It deserves more than a 5 star rating in all honesty. The Happy Hawaiian bowl has so much flavor and and amazing texture. The Tofu Miso Crunch wrap was packed with food, and the portion size was SOOOO hooked up and generous! The fries were perfectly crispy, and the vegan ranch was creamy and delicious! And the Beignets were one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. I can't wait to come back and support this establishment again. I'm so happy it's super close to my house so I can continue to stop by.

This restaurant blew my mind. The sunny side up egg, when i cut into it, the yolk ran out just like regular eggs. As a vegan over 10yrs, its been a while since i had runny eggs. I had the Happy Hawaiian, plus the egg. The meal was so full of flavor and with the rice and salad, felt very healthy and full filling. My sister, not vegan, had the Loco Moco and she loved it. To drink i had the hibiscus/strawberry agua fresca and to wrap up the peach cobbler beignet. Both delicious. Definitely coming back!
