Normally we love Pizza Guy but I brought this to their attention and haven’t heard a thing.WE WONT EVER GET FOOD FROM THEM AGAIN. Had they at least made an attempt to credit our order in someway or take the burden off of me, I had to make dinner that night with a broken back, but they did nothing. This was so dry, burnt in places. Trump

This place is an easy 4-star pizza place. I'm tempted to give it a 5. The pizza is not excessively greasy or oily, and the pizza dough is well made--not too doughy. The service is great as well. They made a mistake on our order and were quick to remedy it. They were all very kind, which goes a long way. Thank you, Pizza Guys, for making good pizzas. Also, the jalapeño cheese bread is very good!

Pizza Guys truly saved the day on Christmas! After a long weekend of holiday travel, the last thing I wanted was to cook or reheat leftovers. Finding them open on Christmas Day was a blessing. The workers were incredibly gracious and welcoming, despite working on the holiday, and I made sure to leave a generous tip as a thank you and a Merry Christmas gesture.Ordering online was a breeze, with great deals and coupons available right after signing up. The food? A solid 10/10. The crust was thin, light, and utterly delicious. I tried their Curry Delight Chicken pizza, and it was a revelation. The white sauce was amazing, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the dough had a flavorful char reminiscent of Neapolitan-style pizza - easily a 9/10.The wings, though small, were packed with flavor, indicating they likely use free-range or organic chicken. The Kogi Spicy sauce was a standout, adding the perfect kick. And let's talk about their Cheezee garlic rolls - a perfect 10/10! They were melt-in-your-mouth, ooey-gooey, cheesy, garlicky delights that you can't stop eating.I'm definitely returning to Pizza Guys. Pleasantly surprised by the pizza. We came in after a failed attempt and Popeyes. We ordered and the lady behind the counter brought us slices while we waited! I wasn't expecting great pizza but I was taken aback... super tasty and good! I will be ordering from here again.

The food that we ordered (to different pizza flavors) was amazing and fresh. The Cheezee Bacon Rolls are sinfully addicting.And then the service…was amazing. It was delivered so fast and courteously that I was concerned that the taste would not match the service, but I was pleasantly proven wrong.This will be my new go-to local pizza spot.

I just had surgery and was in serious need of comfort food. For the most part, the pizza restaurants in Northridge left a lot to be desired.I was looking for a new place to try and Pizza Guys showed up so I gave them a try. I ordered pasta and a pizza.The communications were great, the delivery was fast and the food was even better. Will definitely order again!

This used to be one of my favorite Pizza store till recently. The owner was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch customer service. However, my recent visits have been quite disappointing. The staffs were very rude and seemed unaware of their promotions. It's as if they don't comprehend the deals they are advertising. They don't seem to understand the deal that they are promoting. During my last visit, the guy at the register treated me as if I were asking more than what the deal offered, despite not even knowing the details of the promotion. I wouldn't have minded if he admitted confusion or needed to check, but he simply dismissed my request with a "NO NO". I had to explain again and he was like OK TAKE THIS and gave me the offer deal. Even worse, when I asked for cheese and red peppers, I received only two of each. I ordered four boxes of pizza and received 2 cheese and 2 red peppers with unpleasant look. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would never return to this store. While there are plenty of other pizza places to choose from, what initially drew my family to this location was the owner's exceptional customer service and the high-quality food when they first opened. Unfortunately, over time, it seems like things have taken a turn for the worse.
