Maria here is so nice. She hooked me up and took my order so fast! I went through drive thru and I love the structure of this Starbucks. Very beautiful and super modern. The cake pops were birthday cake pops and so yummy. Love how dense they are!

Love this place and its workers but lately the drinks have been bad or not made with the correct milk. Today i bought 3 drinks all drinks were really bad and tasted like milk was spoiled. I went back to change the drinks but didnt have the third one cause i droped off my cousin with her drink and she called me that it was also really bad and sour. They wouldnt remake the third drink because i didnt have the cup old man handing out drinks wouldnt even let me finish my sentence or talk at alland kept saying no cup no remaking the drink. For $7 a drink its so disappointing

Starbucks 9857 Mason Ave, Chatsworth 91311Tonight I called 911 to assist a male who was lying on the patio, not moving. It was 45° out, temp dropping, winds picking up. He was lying on the ground in a darkened corner. I notified the young, 20 something employee & she refused to call 911. Said she wasn't allowed. Actually she didn't care. Said he'd been lying there for hours. He could have been dead or in serious distress or unconscious. It was not safe for me to approach alone without backup so I called 911. LAFD showed up in minutes. It took a bit but I think they got a response. They handled this like experts. I hope this guy is in a safe warm place tonight. If it were up to that Starbucks employee, he could have died. And no one would have cared. Is this how Starbucks is training its employees? Good job creating narcissists who lack human decency. Management. Wake up!

I'm not sure if it's the holiday music or just having some of the friendliest interaction with the man behind the counter (maybe he is a manager since now I see him working on the laptop); nonetheless it's a complete 180 because my last review was half of 5 but now it's a solid 5 and pulsating!!! (Kurt)My social interaction made me feel very good inside and now I'm enjoying my peppermint mocha frapp after a long days work.It's been 8 days since the last time and I'll return here in 8 days lol. I don't know when I return but hope it's wonderful like it is right now.

The area is pretty sizeable. Quite but with a good view. Long drive thru line but spacious interior. Walking in you have restrooms to your right but they didn't seem available, maybe they have a key if you need to use it. To the left of the entrance there is the order line where you can find other store products (tumblers & coffee). The people here seemed polite but busy. They serve the same great quality you can find at any other starbucks location with a proper team.

The place is good. They are attentive and doing their best to keep up the order and often. Times it can get chaotic but that's normal. Inside has nice space and windows to light up naturally. They made my coffee fast and good.

Fast drive through and extremely friendly staff inside. Very fast to help and get your order in so your time waiting is minimal. Parking ?️ is easy and the outside area is nice to enjoy your beverage.

Awesome Mixlists

Everything at this location is wonderful. Except the handicap spots in front. People think that because they are going in for a quick pickup they can just park there. I’m a disabled veteran injured in Iraq… I have not once been able to park in one of these spots because they are constantly taken by someone without a placard.This locations management or the local PD need to start issuing tickets.

Went in to buy a drink at 9:30pm. I was told they were closed even though they were supposed to close at 10:00pm. They said they were having plumbing problems, so they had to close early. Yet, a customer walked out at exactly as I walked in. Why could they serve him and not me? Didn't appreciate this!

starbucks in mason and lassen drive thru : buy one get one fall menu is a joke! bought twice in different days end up being charge for 2 drinks, because the supposedly barcode that they need to scan shows it has been used. the cashier and manager reviewed my previous order it shows nothing because I have not bought coffee yet in any of those days. they just said "it's weird". I guess it's their tactic so they could bump up their sales.

I was there around 4 pm to get my favourite coffee. I waited for more than 20 min and was surprised to see that people who arrived AFTER me , got their coffees already . When I asked them , they said they have too many orders of take away orders . They actually forgot and missed my order somehow. Didn't even apologise.
