Big fan of their buffet. Try to get in at least four maybe five times a year. Very attentive and professional towards your needs. Restrooms are kept very clean and there is plenty of parking.

The service was horrible. The blonde Hispanic waitress was not friendly at all. She had a bad attitude all the time. I felt like she didn't want to bring us more plates for the salad bar . Will definitely not be going to this Sizzler any time soon. Hope owner's read this comment and hire people that really want to work.

Came to eat with my family today and I was so embarrassed I took them here. The service was horrible especially with the manager who took our order in the front. The people before us was up there for awhile because he messed up their order. When it was out turn to order he seemed very frustrated and condescending with everything he said. He asked if I was ready and as I was telling him what I wanted he walks away and doesn't even acknowledge me or say hold on-nothing. Even when we sat the workers were really rude and seemed bothered when we asked for plates and napkins. The food was honestly horrible and not even worth the money. It's not even cheap anymore. We paid $68 for 2 people. I won't be coming back and I really hope they can treat the customers better. I didn't even wanna tip but I worked in food service so I couldn't leave without giving them money but I honestly don't think any one in there deserved it. Either way, last time I eat here.

The restaurant ambience shapes the costumer service which this location has an attitude problem (the entire staff), the salad bar sucks; not so many options. Overall it's a very disappointing location. Just go somewhere else.

Sizzler will always give nostalgia to back when I was a child and my family wanted to eat out but also not spend so much. I have never been to this branch before but went to go check it out, hoping the experience will be how it was then. It's been so long so I asked the lady at the counter if I could check out the salad bar first to see what they had. I was happy to see the bar was clean, spot-free, and had their collection of hot foods ready.Chicken wings, tacos, spaghetti pastas, and soups!It was my partner's first time and we were delighted with what we ate here. The food tasted exactly how I remembered and anyone who has eaten at Sizzler's before know that their menu isn't anything too fancy or superb, but sometimes the familiar simple tastes are all you need sometimes.- good parking lot- quiet, relaxing ambiance even in dinner- clean salad bar- self-serve drinks- soups very warmx long wait to refill the chicken wings, needed to ask a busser for help, waited additionally longer afterx utensils weren't fully clean and had residuex sauce bottles were greasy/sticky

Sizzler is Sizzler but kinda an American staple if you would. We were glad to see them com3 back to the West Valley. 20$ for a salad bar usually under stocked with hot food is not good. Service is spectacular love all the help very nice but....the manager Donald is very snippy and abrasive rude is an understatement. This guy is always in the 1st booth sitting doing "paperwork" hard to believe he doesn't have an office of things to do. Today we went in and immediately noticed he was in that booth again so I tested him as a manager. I asked do you have any booths as the place was kinda full and he said whatever is open. I pointed at his booth and he said no you can sit at a table or not. Well we'll Mr manager we will be reporting this. Also he was rude as it seemed his hood was not working. He was telling people to go away. The place was very hot. Veggies were border bad.

We have always loved sizzler. However, this weWent to sizzler, and all they had to offer was the salad bar. We were hoping for the great stakes and Malibu chicken. We decided toStay and just have the salad bar. The restaurant was hot and smoky. What a disappointment!! The service was great as usual. Seems crazy to spent $100 for 4 salads and some drinks lol.

This location is more expensive than other ones. One of the booths is a "desk" for the owner or manager to use to do paperwork. Very tacky. The salad bar selection was adequate, but there was no dessert bar. There wasn't even an ice cream machine! The Palmdale location has lower prices, MANY more selections at the salad bar, and a full dessert bar. The Chatsworth location pales in comparison to the Palmdale one.

Just trust the other reviews. I remember sizzler being AMAZING when I was a kid...but wow have things CHANGED. This location SUCKS. The salad bar was half empty, the salsas/peppers in the taco section were empty the entire time and the beef was REALLY disgusting. Barely edible. The soft serve ice cream machine was also broken. Of course they don't tell you this when you walk in and pay $19 for the salad bar lolIf you don't believe me and the other HONEST, bad reviews, just go ahead and try it for yourself, you will be disappointed and will never go back. Major oof.

Terrible. Service is extremely slow there is only 1 waitress in the whole place. I understand owner is trying to cut corners but not a smart way to run business. Salad bar is bad wings were dry & burnt maybe change oil more often. Clam chowder is more like potato chowder.
