Always delicious. I love their cinnamon and jalapeno!! However the service is terrible. They are not friendly and always look like they don't want to deal with you or their job. They also close very early and don't make any more if you come two hours prior.

Horrible service. Don’t ask for anything that hasn’t been in the hot case all day. They will lie to you and tell you they’re “all out”. I’ve come in the past 5 times and asked for mini pretzel dogs— once on my birthday!— and have been told the same thing each time. The workers don’t want to be there and it shows.

We went here at 5:20pm and the place closes at 6. They only had two pretzels left and had completely stopped cooking and were fully cleaning the place as if they had already closed. We took the last two pretzels and the 5 customers behind us had no more options. It's very unprofessional to close before the time they are supposed to just so they can leave early. 8/28/2022

Ordered my food expecting to wait the typi al 15 min, 30 min go by and they still don't have my food because they kept giving it to customers. When I asked about it he tried to refund my order, never apologized for his mistake.

Don't waste time and money. While I was in line there was about 6 employees, 1 dude taking order the rest little girls just standing in the back staring awkwardly at me and other customers. I order 2 pretzel, while I was walking away I felt the bag was a little light I look and only see 1 pretzel, then I turn back and saw all the employees just took off one by one and soon there was nobody in the front. I clearly read the sign it says they close at 7pm but as soon as I got my order which is at 4pm they were all gone. Looks like a bunch of entitle brats too.

pretzels were okay but service was terrible! The teenagers there were not respectful at all and gave me and my partner attitude while ordering. Employees constantly on phone and very rude. I like aunt annie’s but the chico location is slacking on customer service. 1/10

Would give 0 stars if I could.... worst service I have ever experienced. Most of them were on there phones and my pretzel was hard. Cashier was not wearing gloves and the place was very dirty... if you ever decide you need a pretzel don't go here. Make your own. ?
Manager needs to have a conversation with employees about what customer service is. Maybe hire people that actually want jobs cause these kids seem like they hate their jobs. Was completely ignored during my order food was tossed at me and then I was waved along with out a word smile or even cheese.

I used to love this place but it is really going downhill I was standing there looking at the products that I wanted to buy was looking to see if they had any many dogs and they let two people cut in front of me by the time I got to the counter the girl was rude and obnoxious I left, then today I went back I was going to get the duel once again I leaned over to see if they had any in the warmer I got passed up again so I went to Spencer's when I come back a little girl that was waiting on me was very rude I don't think I'm going to come back to this one I am sorry but I can buy them at the store and make them at home and have a better attitude

Went in on Thursday August 19 2021 and asked if they had any pretzel dogs or if they were going to have any coming out soon. The boy and girls working said they didn't have any, and weren't making any more for the rest of the night since they close soon, I was very confused since it was only 5:00 or 5:10 o'clock. I asked when they closed and they said at 7! Very disappointing and not how the business should be run with laziness. Lost a customer and money on this disappointment.

Workers there seem like they hate their customers, the pretzels are soggy and old. Pretty disappointed. It use to be good but within a few months I guess things just went down hill for them. Couldn’t even eat it. Just threw $6 away basically.
