Speedy service with tasty burgers, stocked condiment bar and the fries are amazing (large portions)!

Homestyle burger if I had to describe it. Not the best but not the worst. After ordering a 1/2 pound meal and finishing the burger I was left feeling that I could've made this at home for less than $18. Just not my preference Staff was nice Inside and outside dining area with surprisingly a lot of space.

The food was great. Their half-pound burgers are just the right size and you do not find too many charbroiled burgers these days.

Super delicious burger! Big, fluffy buns. The restaurant was clean and the service was very friendly.

Fries are yummy, burgers are to be expected. My issue was the employees using their phones and then continuing to cook burgers. Their are big windows where you can see everything…if preparing ready to eat food you must wear gloves and please wash your hands before continuing to touch my burger after using your phone

Buns are big and fresh, so don't get anything smaller than quarter pounder. Onion rings are delicious and reheat well in microwave. Shoestring fries are best l have had in long time.I missed my Blimpie burger in Ann Arbor and now have found its replacement.Parking: Very very limited parking

Great burgers, love this place. You know when you get the craving for a big ass juicy cheeseburger, well this is the place to go hands down.... I also always get an order of there onion rings there the bomb.

Great burgers. I had the 1/3 pound cheese burger combo. The patty was charbroiled and seasoned well. The bun was a pillow of goodness, soft inside, and just a hint of crunch and chew on the outside. Fries were good, and for a small size, it was a goodly portion. Staff was attentive and competent. Overall, it was worth coming here. It beats the corporate places hands down.

Is it just me.? But its not as good as before. I got a burnt bland burger. Luckly there special sauce saved it. The fries are still legit. Get back some pros or some of those that learned how to cook a good burger. It might be time to get rid of the cooks that cant cook a burger and dont care.

I think this might be the most underrated burger joint in Chico. Of all the local spots, they use the best ingredients. The bread they use for the buns is fresh and unique, their house sauce has great flavor, they have a great selection of condiments at the burger bar (including, and especially dill pickles for a nice acidic hit to blend with the salt and fat of the burger - you might be thinking "every burger place has pickles" but not like these). Their specialty burgers like the green Ortega chili burger and the guacamole special are excellent, though nowadays I enjoy their 1/2lb bacon burger. Fries or onion rings, you can't go wrong. Their beer battered onion rings might be the best in town, but it's hard for me to pass up just a regular batch of fries with their house seasoning. To round out this review, I really like the location even though it's not exactly central, I think they picked a clever spot for their business they were able to build a nice establishment there. They have a small parking lot which can be challenging to navigate, especially if it's full. It's a great place to hit up if you're coming or going to Upper Park and want to grab some lunch or dinner before or after, or maybe you want a burger before you go to see a movie two miles up the road. It's well-situated for all of that in my opinion. If I want to have lunch there on a weekday I try to avoid the rush from the PV lunch hour just because it can be crazy with all of the students in the dining room and patio. Generally speaking though, the vibe is always chill, the kitchen works at a good pace, and most importantly the product is consistently good. Which is the mark of a good establishment.

Big Chico burger I am so sorry to do this to you. You're not my favorite burger in town but you're my pretty close second when I get out of the hospital I crave a burger and today I got out of surgery and I was craving a burger and since you're literally right around the corner for me, I ordered from you. The burger was terrible. The bun was so hard it was like it was stale and your fries were fabulous as they always are but I was so disappointed tonight I'd love to give you another chance and maybe that's how your buns are, and I just forgot, but it was hard as a rock and stale and there was no flavor to the meat, I'm sorry I hate to give bad reviews. I never give bad reviews, but this was not what I was expecting.
