Has to be the dirtiest place i've ever eaten in When I went to the Restroom when I finish my field and I look. It is filthy dirty Would not recommend this place to anyone. It should be closed down I had a long chicken and it was disgusting and triblin in Oil All in all very nasty

Don't eat here. The food is OK, but it takes far longer than usual to make after ordering ... 15 minutes to make a Whopper Jr. meal, with no one else inside the store. The men's restroom was dirty, dark, and scary.

SUPER SLOW!!!Food quality and overall presentation of a basic Whopper was to say the least, dismal.We went to In N Out first, but the line was really long, so we went to BK . . . what a mistake, not acceptable.No wonder In N Out is so busy, the alternative is really awful! I figured it would be at least okay, but it was NOT!!!Just like McDonald's,I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!THE MEN'S BATHROOM IS SUPER DISGUSTING How in the world do you stay in business?

Burger King is now making ordering mandatory at the self-serve kiosk. When I refused initially, the sales associate refused to take my order at the cash register and I left without making a food purchase. When I returned another day, the same thing happened, except the sales associate took my order at the kiosk. I refused to use the kiosk. When I confronted the BK Regional Manager who was watching, I told her the self serve is a negative game-changer and that I would stop eating at Burger King. She had absolutely nothing to say and did not respond only to tell me to have a great day in a very patronizing and disrespectful tone. The one and only time I used the kiosk, I ordered an ice cream cone only to find out 20 minutes later that the ice cream machine was broken and my order was a waster of time. It took another 5 minutes to have the purchase corrected. I will now eat at Wendy's and Del Taco where a courteous sales associate greets you and takes your order personally and makes you feel like a very valuable customer.Marty PiattParadise, CA

They had no ice for the sodas, no burgers, no milkshakes. This has happened twice in two weeks in a row with a lack of menu foods.

Just about the worst BK experience ever….they always run out of their items on the menu as well as ICE! They run out of ice frequently! Not sure why no one can’t take the initiative to run across the street- there’s a grocery store and gas station within walking distance. The manager there always seems to have this smitten or Eddie Haskel kind of grin to him…questioning myself whether or not my food was fresh (like I requested) or fooled with.Not sure what this BK establishment has in the works for the future, buuuut it is not a place where I think I will be going again UNLESS some serious changes are made!!!“USE-TA-BE” VALUED CUSTOMER

Slow service and some questionable customers when serving late. I personally think the doors should close around six, but keep the drive through open to highten efficiency.
Couldn't do a milk shake because the machine was being cleaned? Why clean it during business hours? No wonder you never see anyone there, it's not like there food is edible. They drench there burgers in sauce, sooooo much sauce, there fries are just deep fried salt. The one thing they kind of do ok they say it's "down". Thanks guys, don't you know this is the last stop on the way to paradise, where we don't have milkshakes, but keep losing customers, the few you have left

Waited for 25 mins for my order when others were getting there's after I ordered. They forgot about me. Ordered for here but got to go. Disappointing. Was the first employee at this location when the building was first built. Fastest burger maker back than. This site has gone to poo.

I was trying to order 2 bacon, Chicken sandwiches but they had to go into the back to see if they had any she came back up said yes & i started to oreder 1 sandwich with just mayo & cheese & bacon & 1 with everything on it I got 2 sandwiches with everything on them then she was saved for some ice she said we have vary little to the guy not in a good way at all

Very, very, rude boy working drive through . Hope he was having a bad day and this was not the type of service he normally gives customers!!! The manager( shift manager?) Was very friendly though. He was very apologetic when we spoke with him about it.
