We waited 30 minutes in line plus 55 minutes for our food which was definitely not worth the wait. As it was cold from sitting on the counter because they had reused our table number multiple times prior to realizing that we had been skipped. I brought this issue to the managers attention and requested a refund. She explained that she could NOT issue the refund due to our (incorrect) order finally arriving to our table as I was expressing my concerns. This to me was poorly handled and could have easily been rectified by issuing a refund for the extended inconvenience. This manager was unapologetic and completely unphased by my concerns as she stated "go ahead and YELP us"! The server wasn't any better and was completely annoyed as well as she threw the fries on our table and said " enjoy" . I really do hope that someone in upper management sees this review and expresses to their employees the importance of quality customer service in the near future.

OMG, the flavors in these burgers and plates. All the food on the menu is amazing and I tried many burgers and plates. They have a large selection of local and imported beers. Service lacks a bit, I'm not sure if they are understaffed but every time I come, the waiter rarely comes around. The place itself has an amazing ambiance (for Chico), large windows to look to downtown, and a very pretty patio for nice weather lunch.

Always have a great variety of brews. One of the best places in town to get a good stout or porter. Outside of their burgers, they have a great selection of topped fries. Gladiator fries are the best!!!

Atmosphere is great and the food is excellent for the price point. The staff is lacking in customer service skills and usually too busy talking to one another. Ordered root beer floats on 2 separate occasions and both were made with coke or pepsi and the staff got irritated when she had to re make it.

One of my favorite places in town.Parking: Usually park on the street out front, depending on the day and time, could be free or paid parking.Kid-friendliness: Usually always kids here with their families.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair can easily set up at the end of most of their tables.
I enjoyed a yummy lamb burger served with a delicious beer in a pleasent outdoor setting that's pet friendly.The lamb burger really was spectacular and the young lady that served me had a welcoming smile with winning attitude!
