They always take a long time to fulfill online orders. They took over 25 mins to complete 2 online orders and the store wasn’t even really busy, maybe 3 people tops. The GM doesn’t care about customer service and the employees get indignant when you ask what’s the status of your order after waiting over 20 mins. They also forgot who you are and ask have you been helped or picking. 1 star mainly for poor customer service, support and fulfilling orders in timely manner. You can get steak dinner cooked quicker and fresher at sit down restaurant.

Over 30 min wait for customers doordash orders to be completed. Employees didn't care, lack customer service by acknowledging pick up. They also made my deliveries late. I will decline them from now on because they don't have their stuff together.

One of the rudest encounters I've ever had. I wanted to take a picture of the food and I was told I couldn't. I was using my Nikon, but no other store has yet to say what size camera I can use !! Look at this restaurants fb feed, there's only complaints. I'm just another customer on most days, fearless poster online. I have 48,156,324 , that's 48 million views of my online postings. I ordered uber eats and i received the most pathetic burrito bowl. I went in and talked to the manager on duty STEPHANIE and told her what happened. At first she did not want to give another meal bc i ordered it on ubereats for the price of $28. I told her if it was the reg price I wouldn't have bothered but it was $28, she finally gave me what it should've been. She apologized for the push back due to the line of customers and being busy. Since she help and apologized I wanted to write this review. moral of the story never ever use ubereats, it's double the price of the meal. 2nd pic was the original order 1st pic was the corrected one

I've avoided the East Ave location for years due to a bad experience last time I went but figured it had gotten better since last time they were a newer location. I go in to order and they're not busy at all it takes a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me and all the food was almost empty and had looked like it had been sitting out for a bit. The guy starts to make my burrito and I wanted the fajita veggies which were completely gone and looked like they had been gone for a while. He told me it would be 5 minutes so I said ok and waited he finally adds them and then can't roll the burrito. I don't get a ton in my burritos so it's not overly hard to roll he asks if I want to re roll or add another tortilla I said whatever is easier so he adds another and still struggles so then just tries to shove it in the foil instead of starting over and it takes 3 pieces to even cover it and it still ended up falling out and apart. I got chips and asked for salsa on the side they forgot the salsa and the chips are completely stale. I get things happen but clearly they were just trying to get me out the door. Can't believe I paid for that

Went in to grab a burrito for lunch. I've only had Chipotle a handful ful of times and each time it was good. Not this time. Felt super rushed to order when no one else was in line. And the employee kept interrupting me every time I was telling her what I wanted on it. Also had no salsa like I requested so the burrito turned out pretty bland. Probably won't be returning to this location.
