This Del Taco is the absolute worst restaurant in the entirety of Chico. Everytime I have gone there, I have never received a fully correct order, and the service is always slow as molasses. One time I went inside to pick up an online order, and they had kids running around in the back of the restaurant. Surely not OSHA compliant, and not somewhere I would want food from. The most recent time I attempted to order here I was waiting in the drive thru behind one other person for 15 minutes. Another 5 minutes passed after I got to the speaker before I could order. I was immediately told that the only item I was there for was not being made right now. What does that even mean? Just that your lazy, idiotic employees don't want to make it? Or that the items to make it aren't there? Either way, I will not be returning to this restaurant at any point in the future, and I encourage everyone else to do the same. Hopefully it gets shut down and replaced with something palatable. You should be ashamed.

it's del taco there's really not much to say more than that on the food. it's filling and flavorful. the restaurant was clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. my food was ready before I got my drink filled and the options on the fountain were surprisingly varied.

Horrible experience, they messed up on our order and the cook got mad and wanted to use the messed up order and re use it, which you absolutely can not do!!! Then he grabbed something out of the garbage, thew it back in and proceeded to cook without washing his hands and changing his gloves! Absolutely disgusting and will never go this del taco again, beware!!! Some people here are really nice but I wouldn't trust to eat this food!!!

So I went here and ordered a bun taco and I loaded the photo up of what they actually gave me compared to what it's supposed to look like! Total BS! ! My picture of what they gave me is the one cut in half, The other picture is what it's supposed to look like. What a joke!! They basically gave me a snack taco on a bun with a few chopped up tomatoes, instead of a whole tomato and half the meat and lettuce that it's supposed to have on it. I'm done with this place and I won't be eating here ever again! This place gives del taco a bad name! Rip offs!!
