I want to state wait staff and cook were excellent! That was about the only good part of my experience.Food was mediocre, prices were insane. Ordered a $26 sandwich but on the bill it was 27.04 not including tax or tip, I guess at the bottom of the menu in size one font they disclose that there’s a 4% charge for using your card. Normally I have no issue with this, for restaurants that have this clearly displayed. This felt intentional and deceptive.The food was okay, but not $27 (+ $4 for soup) good for a mid sandwich. Had it been in a $9-$12 price range I may have felt differently. The night before I had a steak and risotto at one of Chico’s best fine dining restaurants that was less money. It’s sad because I used to really enjoy this place but due to the crazy bloated pricing, I won’t be returning.There are many better dinning options with higher quality ingredients for less money. Really fun place, cool atmosphere. Only downside was having to order food at the bar, can take a bit if a line forms. But man when the food arrives do they deliver. I had the san francisco foggy noodles and they were amazing. We happened to go on trivia night (not planned by us) and we ended up having a great time.

This place is really stylish, they have a piano, an upscale atmosphere drinks were really good and food was 1st class, french fries could be a little thicker but they were delicious still.
Food was delicious. Had it delivered and it was great. Matt's burger was flavorful, the Noodles tasted good. Also we had the chicken sandwich my Mom said the best she ever had

Drinks are absolutely delicious! 10/10 Food was great, I got a Hot mess chicken sandwich 10/10. Partner got the double burger and 10/10 too! When we went the service was a bit slow but we were chilling, didn't bother us but others were bothered... I love the atmosphere & aesthetic of the place. I didn't get to take pictures of food because we got straight into it! We recommend the greyhound! Our new favorite spot forsure! Thanks for being opened!

I imagine the food is fantastic! Buuuuut....They do not secure their food upon delivery. When I called and let them know, they didn't seem to care. They deliver your food with an open bag not sealed in anyway, I would not order DoorDash with this restaurant. but you probably get good service inside and your food served hot, as a priority. They do not care about securing your food they're not worried about the customer that's not inside the restaurant obviously.

This place has AMAZING food!! ? Discovery Bar will give Gordan Ramsey a run for his money. I'm serious tho. The taste of the food is out of this workd!!!

We had a great experience today at discovery bar- Richard our server and the chef (unfortunately we didn’t catch his name) were awesome! There was six in our party and everyone was super stoked on their food choices, everything tasted fresh and was very yummy! Would definitely recommend and we will return next time we are in Chico! Keep up the good work! ?
