The tracker is useless. I went in once it said my pizza was done. And sat there for another 30 minutes until they had my pizza. The staff there is completely incompetent. 8pm 3/16/2024. And the pizza was burnt to a crisp.

This is the second bad experience with this Domino's. The first we ordered for delivery and it never came. I called them a hour later and they were out of one of the items so instead of calling just didn't send anything So we decided last night to pick up. Got there with our order number and they didn't have our order Done

This has been our favorite pizza lace to order out for delivery. Lately, we have noticed them being very skimpy with toppings. for example, we ordered banana peppers and there were only six peppers on the entire extra large pizza. So the last time I ordered I selected "extra" for every topping, even though it would cost extra just to get a decent pizza. Well, they actually left the chicken off entirely, and the toppings were even lighter than when i hadnt ordered extra. Sadly we arent ordering from them anymore. you basically get cheese and bread and long delivery wait times

My elderly grandmother and I went in there and they treated her like she wasn't important or as if she was insignificant. She was asking questions and instead of being patient and helping her the best he could he kept walking away from her.Can't recall the guys name but he should learn to respect his elders.

This is one of two Chico locations. In addition, it's closer to where I live. That is why this is my go-to location. The service here is fast enough and they are quick to fix any pizza order problems. I've certainly encountered some errors with my orders, but mistakes happen. As long as they're fixed without me getting a bunch of excuses, everything's A-okay in the end. I love getting a pizza with pepperoni, sausage and olives. The crust they use is a tad sweet, but not overly sweet. It's definitely something you remember. As far as I know, Domino's is a grab and go type of pizza. You order it, come pick it up and out you go. There are no tables for eating inside. Go inside and you can see the pizzas being made and there is a little bench in case you have to wait a little for your order. I guess that clarifies the ambiance. It's always clean when I enter. That's what you want at a place that serves food!

This is a review for the company not this store I just am ordering from this store. They have absolutely false advertising. 2 or more pizzas for 6.99 each coupon comes to 18 bucks immediately which is 9 each. Then it’s a 6 dollar delivery fee. Then tax. Then tip. So it comes out to 30 bucks for this so called deal. Says I “saved 21 bucks!”. Absolute unethical scam
