Terrible customer service I bought vegetarian Tosta today on 10/24/at 2:00 pm, I drove 30 min home and opened my to eat my lunch. Tostada had cabbage instead of lettuce because it is cheaper then the cook did not put cheese to my Tostada He Forgot to do that, when I called them instead of apologizing and make it right. The cash register lady asked me to drive 30 min back and bring the food back to add cheese in it. That is so crazy and not been acceptable as a business owner. I would never buy food from them.

This was the worst I have eaten in 70 years. Dry, if you were to add everything you need to make this taste better, it would cost you 20.00 or more. Go to a truck that makes athinic Mexican food. This place is a over priced joke. I don't recommend.

I love this place! I visit when I'm in the area for work. They have plenty of specials, but I frequent the 2 tacos with rice and beans for $8.99! Yes, $8.99!!! Look at that serving! I only finish one taco and a quarter of the rice and beans. The rest is for dinner! I opted for the shredded chicken that is cooked in a red sauce almost similar to a enchilada sauce. Rice is soft and lightly flavored, beans are cooked well topped with cheese. Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean and spacious. Quiet if you need to work through your lunch as I often do. They are located in a busy shopping center with a Safeway not too far from Chico Mall.

I tried...I really tried with this place. I was alone for a few hours, and I drove past this establishment on my way to another one...I should've kept driving!! I ordered the 4 Street Taco special, chicken, with everything (cilantro, onions, and sauce), and The 2 ground beef tacos, beans, and rice special and the Strawberry Jarrito. Where to start!? The tortillas were cold and greasy, the 3 toppings were spaced haphazardly, and the chicken was BLAND and unflavored, almost full-on white, and dry. I tried to eat them but just couldn't. Not even the bottled hot sauce could rescue the meal. I switched to the 2 tacos, beans, and rice... hoping to salvage my dinner. WRONG! Again, cold tortillas, greasy ground beef, cheese that couldn't melt, and again... complete lack of ANY flavor. I couldn't, in good faith, even choke it down. Even the 3 CFD personnel sitting next to me made comments about the lack of flavor. I finished my soda and left unfulfilled. While the business was brisk with customers, I feel they only come here because it's the only Mexican restaurant on this side of Chico. This is the most lackadaisical Mexican restaurant in town. Avoid it like the plague, and visit any other restaurant in town...Please!? Your wallet and stomach will thank you.

I ordered carnitas tacos. They were so salty I couldn't eat them. I got their special which included 4 tacos but they only allow one choice of meat. The condition of the floors in the place are dangerous. The restaurant is very run down. Needles to say, I won't be going back.

I don’t know what happened, but the taste and quality has gone down FAST. This place used to have the best nachos. I’ve tried them a few times recently just to make sure it wasn’t just a bad day, but no! The meat is undercooked all the time, or smells like it’s gone bad. And somehow they still thought it was a good idea to increase the prices significantly. Insane.
