I tried PHO for the first time. I ordered the flank staek pho and wow was it awesome! Service was very good. I love that they give you all these items to add into your pho. I only have a small suggestion. 1. To separate the noodles from the veggies. And my reason was that when you go to put it in a bowl, all the veggies go to the bottom. 2. All the lids on the sauces did not fit tightly and some spilled out and onto my pants. Just tape them and that would solve that issue. I will be going back though because those issues were very minor.

I have eaten at this place twice. First time I got the sweet and savory bowl and the next time I created my own salad. Both plates were delicious!!!! And the customer service is great!
So delicious and fresh, great staff, very friendly, that goes a long way with me! It's really a to/go restaurant, but we ate there anyway. I highly recommend fresh cove and will definitely be back. I got a desert to/go, it was chocolate like a mousse almost, I can't remember, but it was absolutely delicious too.

I made a large order for my whole family of about nine items and it was a successful dinner! I got udon as my base and I hope they have udon with broth one day too! The dishes my family really loved were the hot dishes like the Korean Dragon Bowl. Most of my order were the Macro Meals- Heat & Eat which are super conveniently placed in fridges at Fresh Cove by the register to grab, pay, and go. Definitely a nice stop for grabbing food on the way.It would be nice if the website had more description like size oz and what is in some of the sauces (I couldn’t find Anybelly Sauce on Google, but after tasting it, it’s like buttery and almost nutty with vinegar), but if anything, you can always just call Fresh Cove if you have questions or concerns and they’re very fast because I forgot to include the mac in my online order so I called in to see if I could just purchase it by itself once I get there and it was done just like that— except I totally forgot to ask about what the sauces were so that was my bad xD. Thank you so much, Fresh Cove!!

I had the sesame ginger bowl with tofu and it was excellent! I will definitely return. I love their ideas on healthy take and bake and heat-at-home macro meals. I just wish they had some vegetarian options amongst those things as well as a vegetarian pho option. I'm limited in what I can get here because of this.
