Take out order was quick,approx. 15 minutes. Gal who took our order was nice and friendly. Once we got the food home,it was very tasty and enjoyable. We ordered prawns, sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, egg rolls and broccoli beef. Had a coupon so we ordered Ala Carter. Suggest family dinners way cheaper.

Really good find for Chinese. The veggie dishes include loss of great veggies, such as water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and snow peas, on top of the more common veggies like carrots.The hot and sour soup could use a lot more sour, but that's just my personal taste preference and I have the ingredients on hand to "sour it up" if necessary. I can understand why they might keep it less sour because that's what most people prefer. Everything else about the soup is lovely - silky smooth texture, good heat, nice egg and tofu.I don't live here but I've been visiting the least 6 months, and this has been my go-to Chinese takeout place. I will miss it.Dietary restrictions: They are usually happy to add or remove dinner ingredient from a dishKid-friendliness: No problem bringing kids here. I really enjoyed my visit here. As soon as I walked in the waitress greeted me, other waitresses were on break at the table directly in front of the door. Only odd thing was, she let me know to walk up to the front once I was ready to order as I was ordering "to go" even though I was going to look through the menu. Otherwise the food was very tasty!

We love Gingers and stop every time we come through Chico. The food has nice portions and is super yummy. This is the only Chinese restaurant that doesn't upset my stomach so that's a big bonus for my family. Service is fast and super nice.

The food tasted great, and they took into account my allergy to seafood and let me know what part of the dish I ordered had Seafood so I could exchange it for something else.
The kung pao had only 4 pieces of chicken and our chowmein was undercooked, not soft to chew.

I hate to even have to do this, because this was legit my favorite Chinese food place I've ever been to and I've been going here for years. But, I feel like fair warning to others and a little feedback to the restaurant might be good. Something tasted a bit off with the chow mein this last time. I wish I just didn't eat it, but I did. And it was the absolute worst case of food poisoning I've ever had in my 37 years on this planet. It's been a week and I still haven't fully recovered. I honestly didn't know you could get that sick from food. It was, quite honestly, just impressive. I'm not trying to trash this place, they've been awesome for years. But, please be more careful. That was insane and I don't know when I'll be able to even look at Chinese food again. That might have straight up killed an old person. Please just up the quality control.

Gingers is one of my favorite Chinese food restraints! The girls there are so friendly! It’s such a great environment! There dumpling soup is the bomb! There garlic chicken chow main and pork fried rice is also very good!
