I'm a big fan of Jack in the Box. I really missed having them in Utah. That said, what the hell guys? Super long wait times, unenthusiastic staff, the app is super limited on options, and yeah, this is what I get after a long wait: it's like they just let it get introduced to the concept of heat before swiftly running it right past the griddle.This is after paying over $12 for a sourdough jack, two tacos and a medium soda.It seems like the closer we get to the absolutely asinine $20/hr minimum wage for fast food workers, the worse the effort is. I'm not laying the blame only on this branch or even Jack in the Box. I'm blaming this idiotic state.What, I can't in good conscience recommend *any* fast food place now. At least not in California.

I was in the lobby earlier today and I overheard one of the employees loudly mocking a spanish accent. As a hispanic myself, I find this highly offensive and unprofessional. It’s brings down my self-esteem. I immediately felt unwelcome. The woman was maybe in her 30's, had brown hair, very white, and a little on the big side. I think this should be taken seriously and hopefully some action happens. Your employee should be self aware that it’s never ok to be blatantly racist.

First time being at this Jack In The Box and when we first got here my family had to use the bathroom and was told it's only for customers I told them we are just have to use the bathroom first they said ok whatever and gave me the code. The bathroom smelled and we had to clean our own table because all the tables were dirty. The food wad decent and edible. Music was good, Won't drop by again. Thanks though.

Pulled up to drive thru and placed my order for jumbo jack combo no ketchup. When I got home I had a cheeseburger smothered in ketchup. First time I have had a problem with this location but think I will not go there again.

I'm waiting for an order for Doordash, no one asks why you are waiting, I don't know what kind of service understanding this is, I don't know if your employees are also shareholders and bosses of the company, I don't understand if this type of service is terrible, such a bad service cannot be such a bad service, increase your service quality, and the floors in the kitchen are full of garbage, it is not hygienic at all.The orders of those who ordered after me were prepared. Last Jack I was at...Didn't have the inside open. I wasn't able to "eat" with my "friend." I love Jacks taco the best. Price is soaring though.Vegetarian options: The tacos are fake meat. Delicious and good 4you.
