The gal working the drive thru was rude and seemed unhappy to be working . Ordered a lot of food including 6 chicken little sandwiches with no mayonnaise and 5 seemed to have extra mayo and one without. Pretty much a bad experience all around. Unfortunate that a once great brand could go so far down hill.

If I can give it a thumbs down, I would give it two thumbs down. I ordered a three piece tenders and got nuggets. The customer service taking order was so dead, I could barely hear him. Don't charge me an arm and a leg for nuggets.

Upon arrival I was greeted as if I was being rushed to place my order by employee Sierra . I placed my order & my girlfriend had a special request for her order & upon receiving her food her needs were not met .. it was such a simple request so I don’t understand but besides that her overall attitude is just rude & hopefully she doesn’t have that attitude moving forward . Hopefully this review reaches her & she can be more professional

Was excited about the new box thing they have.chicken nuggets have the texture as if they put toenails in the batterThe french fries could have been good if they were fresh it tasted like they gave me three different batches and they were all the leftover french fries at the bottom of the bagChicken was cold and dried outThe four biscuits were hard.My dogs enjoyed that garbage though. This is not a bad review because of the hitting racism in their commercial illegitimately sucks

Last time we ordered here the food was awful so after we waited about a year we tried again today through Grubhub and it's just trash. They screwed up the order, food was cold and the staff couldn't be bothered to even include the sauces and dips you're supposed to get. I'll eat a PB&J or order Popeyes before ever ordering from this place again.
