Love, love, love this place. My favorite is the tostada with the mound of fresh shredded iceberg lettuce and the house dressing. There used to be a location in Sacramento but since it closed I have missed the food. So when I was in the area of Chico I had to visit. The recipes are the same as I remember and only wish it wasn't so far away.

Used to be one of my solid go-to places to eat. Sadly, upon visiting Chico and in turn, La Comida, it is sad to see that like most other establishments, prices have risen dramatically. The value I felt and once got when dining there is gone. Even sadder, I suspect the states governor and commander of all states to ultimately be to blame. What a shame.Parking: Large parking lot shared by numerous businesses in strip mall.Kid-friendliness: Not a place you have to be concerned so much about kid behavior. Friendly and open atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp leading up to front door. No stairs.
