First time at Mariscos LaCosta and it was amazing! The food was outstanding and the michelada's were great! Victoria was our server and she was the best. We will definitely be coming be coming back here. Thank you for a great dinner!

We went in for lunch and I was so disappointed. We had previously gone a few times about a year ago and I was excited to go again today. We ordered different items and 2/4 plates came out freezing cold. My son got a quesadilla and the tortilla came out burnt but the cheese inside wasn't even melted and was cold. I got an enchilada plate and whole plate was freezing. It took about 10 minutes for us to get someone to check in on us and by the time she came I was over wanting it to get reheated. I asked her to just take out plates at that point. She did not apologize or care, we still had to pay for food we could not eat. So disappointed, we used to love this place.

The Molcajete Fresco is it! So bomb and delicious and each bite is a celebration of Mexican flavors. The dish pays homage to tradition while offering a modern twist, making it a must-try for anyone craving an authentic taste of Mexico. The location is convenient and my server was great too. I will be back!

This is the Only place to go for Mexican seafood in Chico! I have tried most of the things on the menu, and never regretted what I chose. I highly recommend the 7 seas soup, the broth alone is worth the price, and the whole fried red snapper is always amazing, never dry and big enough for two meals! The staff are all wonderful and attentive. The salsa is one of the best I've ever had, and, I'm not ashamed to say, I've been know to order extra just toeat it with a spoon! Give them a try, you will not regret it. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but the servings are always huge, and can be easily two meals if you order to go.

I was disappointed I ordered a steak ranchero, and there were only 3 little pieces of meat. Most of it was just vegetables. I would never go back. It looked like they gave us the leftovers.

Nice little spot that I found on a trip. The shrimp cocktail was really good . The carnitas were really good as well . If you're in Chico and looking for great Mexican food give them a try.
Best fish tacos in town! The chicken burrito is also super delicious. La Costa does not disappoint.

Was in town on business and got a recommendation from a local for this place. Delicious chicken burrito and garlic shrimp, server was pleasant and we were surprised the place wasn't busy on an early afternoon weekday. Would visit again next time!
