Drive thru order. Fries brown, old and stale. They got the chicken sandwich meal order wrong, I said D and got A . I’m a McDonald’s regular in my town of residence and this place was not the quality I’ve come to expect , not even close to being good,

I went through the drive thru with only one car infront of me. I ordered 2 sausage mcgriddles. After paying for my food and pulling to the second window, I was told, not asked, to drive to their drive thru waiting area. I waited 15 minutes, and in that time I noticed two other people receive their food. It was 15 minutes before someone came out with my food. Honestly, If I'm going to wait that long, I would rather have better food.

Went thru the drive thru, ordered and fish sandwich meal deal for my wife, and chicken deluxe meal deal for myself. Thanks fish sandwich was super small about the size of the hand. Both sandwich meal deals for about 25 dollars. To much money for it enough sandwich.

No a/c in the play place??! 2 times I’ve brought kiddos in the past month or 2 that the play place had no a/c. The restaurant is icy cold and the play place is a sauna where you drip sweat down your back simply sitting there. BAKING! Parents let the kids run crazy while sitting in the larger air conditioned area. So bad. At least this time it was clean. Last visit it was filthy! Soda covering the floor in the dining area, food on the walls and all over the floors in the play area.. No napkins, no lids. Just awful. So at least this time I didn’t feel like calling the health department.
Need New Mgr as. Of 8-24 -2023. Rude unprofesional needs to be retraied . Poor customer skills .. Will not visit anymore.

The order got messed up and when I went in they basically blamed me. Saying I needed to confirm the order when she was repeating everything I said, said I should have confirmed the screen but she was taking multiple orders and said pull forward and the screen was still adjusting. The person who "helped" me needs a lesson in customer service. NEVER blame the customer and give them attitude when your employees messed up.. I waited for my cook to order meal for 15 minutes just for it to be wrong. Her response 'well you did order it cook to order" lady, it takes 3 minutes every other time are you joking me... RUDE! I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Ordered via drive thru. Food looked great and fresh. Fries were very hot and straight out of the fryer. The guy working the drive thru window was about as intelligent as Frankensteins monster. He never heard of Equal or the term artificial sweetners. He tried to hand me a couple of salt packets claiming they were artificial sweetners. He wouldnt even ask his manager for help. I didnt have much time so unsweetened iced tea it was.
