This is a walk up register serviced restaurant. The servers are extremely kind you might think you're in the South lol. Very nice and accommodating staff. Contrary to popular opinions, I unfortunately wasn't a fan of the cheese skirt :/ It was really greasy, unappetizing, and overall hard to eat even though I was absolutely ravenous and hadn't ate all day. The service and quality of meat is still worth returning and trying something else though. The indoor dining space is very small, take out is probably most convenient.

Well I have done it!!!!!! I've found the best burger in the USA!!! I have been traveling on a road trip through 18 states and have ate burgers a lot along the way and this burger with the cheese skirt is the absolute best burger I have ever had! If they could freeze dry these cheeseburgers and ship them to me in Kentucky I would be on board. Also the young man that was at the counter made my experience so awesome. He was polite and explained options to me and my family. This burger alone makes me wish I lived in California!!!!

Chico's best burger. Whenever someone comes from out of town to visit we take them here. Never fails. Recently they have more options on the menu. I've been coming here for a long time and no matter the new comer they continue to be the reigning champ!
I Placed an online order to pick up at Nobbys on doordash to go, the girl working the counter, almost handed my order to a door dasher who was picking up for deliveries and confused my order with another customers. I noticed it was my name on the bag and I said I placed an online order for self puck up on DoorDash menu and that’s my order. The girl at the counter then tries to argue that I need to confirm a self pick up order online that I can’t confirm because that’s on the restaurant for self check out. After realizing she made a mistake continues by rolling her eyes and slams my bag of food on counter. Then says sorry we just recently started door Dash and changes from Hyde to Jekyll. Customer service has definitely taken a down slide from previous owners, I have never have been treated or questioned about picking up an order with the persons information hence the name on the order and the rude girl at counter implying I’m a thief. This is how they treat someone who spends $55. Only positive note from the experience. The burgers at nobby’s are still quality, but the fries were cold because they got the order 15 minutes earlier done than the estimated time. They were slower than last time I ventured in. I wonder why!? 3 stars for the food. But I won’t return because of inferior customer service.

They have a grilled veggie sandwich that is amazing! It’s loaded with avocado, sprouts and grilled cheese. It’s like no other sandwich in town. Also the tacos are a hidden gem and a great value. Have not eaten here in years. I love In And Out is why. But decided to do a comparison test. Omg was so good. It beat my favorite burger joint hands down. In fact normally would never write a review. It was delicious, a little crowded but still got our burgers to us in record time. Service was amazing and they were doing business. I will definitely think twice before going to In And Out next time. Great job Nobbys

Friday I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I have to say it was the worst Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I've had in my life and I've had many. Then in the evening I started feeling sick. I think I even got a little bit of food poisoning. I'll never ever go to knobby again.
