We'd come here again. We'd never been to a Panera Bread place so we figured while we were here why not? I'd heard SO much about their macaroni and cheese but to me it tasted really fake. That was a let down :/ but the broccoli cheddar soup was good and so were the baguettes. Price was a bit steep but nothing unusual these days for take out. I'd recommend trying to if you haven't.

For the prices, they should make sure they are making a sandwich right. Usually a really good place, but the last 2 times, they have messed up my sandwich. It is supposed to have cheese and chicken also. It's a $14 ham sandwich instead.

Honestly, panera is very hit and miss. There are times where the food is good and I usually am OK afterwards. But then there have been a few times where I've had their food or coffee and within a few hours was not feeling very well. Also it's disappointing how expensive they are and how little portions they give you. Up in Redding, they have a place that's comparable called from the hearth. And I would say the portions and quality of food is little better. I really wish chico would get a from the hearth

The turkey sandwich was awful. The turkey tasted old and was definitely not smoked. The bread smelled weird, and it wasn't the usual bread they used. And the bacon wasn't even cooked.
Excellent coffee and breakfast bread selection. Reasonable price. Two friends warned that lunch and dinner was expensive and chincy.

The food is really fresh and good. If you haven't been to a Pantera for a while, you order on the computers near the front door. Hopefully you won't have any questions as no staff is around . On my order, they were out of chocolate chip cookies. I accepted a substitute rather than have the inconvenience of getting a refund. Now that I know the process of ordering, it's not an issue, and if you are under 30 years old, it's routine I'm sure ?

The lady in the drive-through was very rude didn’t respond to anything or listen when we were ordering. For the past month.also been out of almost anything to include bacon bread all of it and it’s been very inconveniencing for everybody. I come here all the time and the past month. I’ve been very disappointing to the point where I feel like I just shouldn’t come back if it is very expensive and I understand that but for the price I’m paying I expect a good customer service and that is not what I’ve been receiving.

I ordered a bowl of soup (served in a carboard cup) and half sandwich on white bread. Total came to 17.00!! I will probably not be going back as there are so many cheaper places to eat. At Chillis, you can get a large cheeseburger, fries, salad or soup (served in real dining ware), and drink for 10.99. Why would i spend more for so much less?
