Horrible! 828 for an Italian pizza that was undercooked. When I returned the uneaten portion the next day the manager asked what would I like to have them do about it. I said how about a refund or a coupon for a free pizza he said nope can't do that so basically I was left with $28 unable pizza and no recourse. I will be contacting corporate

Tonight we went in to this place. Only employees there and not one customer. We were seated and told our server would be with us shortly. We left after 15 minutes of sitting there feeling like idiots for stopping in. We will never be back to any round table.

I'm always amazed at how insanely slow this RTP is. I work nearby and I enjoy their lunch specials. But, trying to get them to make my pizza and get it to my table in a timely manner is beyond their abilities. Often, I will spend my entire lunch break waiting for my pizza to be done so that I can go back to my office, clock back in and eat at my desk.

Manager was making Pizzas without using Gloves while handling food , with the covid and diseases it would seem to be conservative while handling food.Employees followed rules , but manager feels he doesn't have to follow guidelines?Most people would question whether or not it is a concern. .

Usually they’re great but I placed a doordash order for a personal pizza and a drink and about and hour and a half later I asked where it is and they say they’ll cancel the order. They still charged me for the food I never got.

The service at this Round Table is exceptional. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The salad bar is well maintained. As for the food, the place is a chain, but I would say that Round Table is to pizza as In n Out is to burgers.

After being a 20 year customer I had the absolute worst service I've ever received!The area manager, Jarrod, reached to me personally and made things right for my family! He was truly amazing and made sure we would continue our business!! 10/10 for that service!

2/28 - Veggie Gourmet pizza was too thin and overcooked. The salad bar was missing pasta and potato salads. I love Round Table Pizza, but we were very disappointed last night.

We love Round Table but had a sad experience last Friday. The girl who took our order was amazing, sweet and knowledgeable. We ordered 4 salad bars, garlic knots, and a large pizza ($90). When we got our salad from the salad bar the lettuce was frozen, along with 80% of the other veggies that were there. When our pizza was delivered we said, "Usually our garlic knots come out first" and his reply was there was a new guy making them. We also asked if they could turn down the music, we couldn't hear ourselves talk (we're old but my 12 and 15-year-olds couldn't hear either). He said "I don't know" and walked away. I asked him to ask the manager and I watched him for a while and he never asked anyone else. When we were done eating our knots finally showed up. It just seemed like one bad thing after another. We won't be visiting that location for a while.

Delivery order placed at 6:17 pm. Order arrived a few minutes before 8:00. The pizza was blackened—I can only assume they put it back thru the oven after I called to check on the progress.Nasty. Dry. Not good.The delivery was delayed because we wanted to pay cash—that’s what they told me when I called. I’m not impressed.
