*THIS IS THE ONLY SUBWAY THAT TAKES COUPONS IN CHICO* Hence why I was stopping in. I always get those "Mailbox Merchants" coupons mailed to my house which always seem to include Subway! I remember a time where there used to be a $5 footlong. You better take out three five dollar bills nowadays because man your not going to get very far with $5 anymore. I would say roughly $15-$18 for any sandwich. I understand this is not a locatiom price change but moreso a company wide rule. Anyways, the coupons make it totally worth it! I have frequented this establishment maybe 10 times in the past 30 days and have yet to leave a review. I am always greeted by two woman that are so sweet. Honestly haven't really seen any other employee working when i go in. They always greet me with a smile and are totally polite when I order. I don't think i've paid full price here due to my coupon stack so I guess you coule say I'm one of "those" people. They don't make me feel that way though. Thank you two ladies for always letting me enjoy a delicious lunch!

Understaffed but an overachiever. The girl running this shop the day i visited absolutely must get more money. This is a higher quality subway than i expected. Excellent job.

I made an order online in the morning. (1050am) The order was supposed to be ready 50 minutes after opening time. When I got there the doors were still locked and i was not let in by the fat mexican lady with a disproportional body size. i was finally able to go in 30 minutes after coming which means they opened at 1130 instead of the 10 when they were supposed to open. she purposely shut down the online order system so i could not get my coupon and was extremely rude as well. don't go here

Honestly someone just made me the best subway sandwhich ever.. It’s as if she was making it for herself!! She made sure everything I wanted was perfectly cooked, and she even sliced up some fresh tomatoes for me since they were running low. Best subway experience I’ve had in Chico!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway. When I arrived nobody was there and I had to wait for at least 5 minutes for the the employees even after saying “hello” very loudly.Then while she was making the sandwiches she was very aggressive with everything on top of that she had AirPods in and kept asking me to repeat myself even though I was talking at a normal volume. I didn’t catch her name because she had no name tag but she was around 5’2, white female with nose ring.

I just came to get food here while really hungry, it says they are not supposed to close until 8pm online but they already had the sign turned off and door locked at 7:50. I learned this is bad business. You don't close early not because of the customers you lose in those ten minutes, but because the customers who come by in those ten minutes no longer rely on your posted hours.

Went there today for my lunch around 2:30. When I got there nobody was in line and there was one woman behind the counter. I received no greeting but instead the worker walked into the back so I just waited there for her. When she finally came out I asked her for a turkey and cheese sandwich, I had repeat myself at least twice for each item that I ordered. When we moved over to the veggies and condiments instead of asking me what veggies I'd like she just gave me a look that said wtf do you want on it. I told her lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, when she reaches for the pickles I realized I meant to say olives not pickles so I said "sorry, no pickles I meant to say olives. At this point she walks into the back with the pickles in her hand and then comes back and starts putting them on my sandwich, I told her no pickles 3 times and she continues putting them on my sandwich. Mind you there is nobody else around, it's not like she was multitasking, she had one job to do and that was to make my sandwich. She was blatantly ignoring me. After telling her no pickles for the 4th time and she continued to zone me out I asked her if she was listening then she muttered some cuss words to herself and everything else she said to me had MAJOR attitude. She rings me up, I pay and she literally threw the food in the bag and throws it at me not saying a word. As I filled up my drink she mad dogged me like she wanted to fight me the entire time. I'm a 42 year old mother and business owner that was just trying to get some lunch. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life, it was appalling. I used to get lunch her often as it is close to my business but I will never spend another dollar of my money at this Subway again.

I placed an online order through the subway app and my pickup time was 7:20pm. There was only one guy working who was balancing both in-person orders as well as additional online orders. He was so polite and apologetic for the wait. He made my order, and it was honestly the most well put together sandwich I have ever gotten from a Subway. It looked like the sandwiches advertised in their ads. I appreciate the effort and time he took to make it. By far the prettiest and highest quality footlong I've had.

If I could give a half of a star I would!! Got a Tuna sub, and the tuna tasted like they had old tuna, and added some new tuna right in to it!! I have worked in food service for years, and this tuna needed to go into the trash! Make some new fresh tuna salad! Guess they are trying to save a buck.....however, by the taste of tuna salad, you're not saving anything!! In fact you are losing more money, because your customers WON'T be back!!!!

Well I'll never go to this location again. Had to explain three times what kind of bread I wanted. I asked for deluxe (1.5x meat) and she had never heard of it, which subway has had for years. When I explained it is 1.5x meat she said "I don't know what that means." When she was making my sandwich she started to drop some turkey and caught it from falling on the floor by wedging it between her shirt and the counter and then still put the meat on my sandwich. I just walked out and told her I'm going somewhere else. This was on Dec 23rd at 3:30 in case the manager is reading this. The girl on this shift is useless. I won't be back. I like Togos better anyway.
