The other two staff the old Mexican lady is so rude and very disrespectful, and the other young guy who made my sandwich doesn't even know how to make it gently. Those kids work there butts off in there, if you ever see them at lunch time, idk how they do it. All the while i see them having to deal with "Karen's " who complain there sandwich isn't perfect like the picture, or they had to wait in line, or the employee wasn't paying enough attention to them. Not just here, but everywhere, maybe we could be a little more compassionate and understanding that these guys get up everyday, put there life's worries and problems to the side and put a smile on there face to welcome you in and do the best they can do. Usually this place is really nice and does a great job. Today there was two ladies and a guy. One of the ladies was rushing way to fast and Called the guy over to ring up customer sandwiches. She was throwing sandwiches his way and yelling what they were.( they weren’t that busy, there was two others behind us, one of them being helped)I could tell he was overwhelmed, he asked the lady what sandwiches were what and she rudely told him and he tried his best but the sandwiches were wrong. ( This is not his fault at all, he we could feel he wasn’t being treated good. )We ended up with the ladies sandwich behind us which was meat and one veggie. We paid extra for mozzarella and we loaded ours up with stuff so a bit frustrating.

The lady manager who refused to tell me her name is very Rude an needs to be fired .. Because of her I will never take my business to this location ever again .. I'm actually going to report this location to the BBB , Due to how I was just treated by the FEMALE Manager Who refused to give me her name, told me it was none of my business .. She wouldn't even give me a chance to explain to her that my sandwich was made all wrong an there was no mayo or mustard , or oil an vinegar , an it had jalapeno peppers on it that I can't eat due to my bad stomach , an the cucumbers tasted Aful worst ever I've ever tasted , an my tomatoes were old an soggy , an there was spinach on it that I never asked for an tons of lettuce , an no peppercinis on my sandwich or avocado , and My bread wasn't toasted .. If you're in the mood for a quick sandwich, Subway is a decent option. However, the ingredients aren't always fresh, and it can be a bit expensive. They also don't accept coupons, which is a bummer. The line can move very slow, especially during lunchtime rushes, because they're usually understaffed.One thing to keep in mind is that there are often homeless people hanging out near the entrance/exit. While they're not necessarily doing anything wrong, it can be a bit off-putting for some customers.
