Dining room was messy. Girl that took our order was rude AF. When our food was ready, she called our number. I went up there and she handed me the bag... I asked if the forks were inside she said "they should be" and then handed someone else their food. She asked them if they wanted Soy Sauce or extra Teriyaki sauce.I got back to my table and there were no forks in the bag. I walked up to ask for forks and as soon as she saw me approaching she dipped into the back. Took me about 2 minutes to get someone's attention. Finally a guy from the back came up and helped me.We ate a bit and decided that we wanted more teriyaki sauce. I went back up and had to get the attention of the guy from the back again. He said they are $.27 each. Ok...I go back to my table and grab $.55 - I go back up and ask for 2. She takes my money and clearly making change is not her strength. Took her about 45 seconds to figure out that she needed to give me $.01 back.She the says "let me go grab that, I'll be right back". She goes directly back and starts scooping rice into containers. I went back to my table to eat what I had while it was hot.The meet had great flavor. The cabbage was still slightly crispy and the overall plate was yummy.Food good! Service was awful. The receipt said "Macy" so I assume that was her name.Good luck!Parking: Sufficient parking, 2 HC stalls

Always have a good customer service when i come eat here. Nice and friendly staff. Love the food here and plus it’s not pricey like other store in Chico. Fast service . Will recommend this place to others.

Visited this place as I was on a time crunch and needed to get something fast. I stopped by the you g lady who helped me was super cheerful and attentive. As for the food, it was just some really fast #1 combo with beef and chicken. Reason for my 3 stars is the teriyaki was very simple and almost like syrup not the darker thicker teriyaki I'm used to with a little more robust flavor. The chicken and beef were grilled almost over cooked as the meat was Chicken were very dry. So much so, that I asked for additional teriyaki sauce which they charged me .27 cents for which I don't mind paying but being in business know that it would have probably being cheaper to not charge me since I'm sure the credit card swipe probably cost them more than the .27 they charged me. Nonetheless, if you are looking for something fast and don't care too much about flavor and want something edible this will suffice. But if you are looking for something more flavorful or better quality, probably want to look elsewhere. Just my thoughts. As for the ambiance is just a small town, small restaurant more so for pick up than eating in.

The chicken was extremely salty compared to what it was like when I would eat here.Do they have a different cook? They also soaked the chicken with teriyaki sauce that I had to use napkins to wipe it off. I like the chicken crispy, not soggy!

First timers and we all ordered the sweet and sour pork. Scoring from 1 to 10, lunch was a 3 (horrible). Think the chicken may have been better.
Food is good, you get a good portion for the price, the staff is friendly and efficient. It's more of a pick up and eat elsewhere place. There are tables, but it's noisy and plain. My only complaint was after I paid o asked for an extra teriyaki sauce(they give you a small cup), I was told that would be .27 cents. I had CC only, so good was a bit dry. But still tasty! The chicken was great!

Cheapest price for a delicious meal.The dining area is pretty small, only 8 or 10 tables, but everyone, staff and customers, are always in a good mood.Most people do take out but it's a nice little place to sit and eat if your not looking to lounge or for a quiet place.This is always our go to when we can't agree on somewhere.Kid-friendliness: Kind of a small dining area, Maybe if your kids are super well behaved and can stay in a chair while you eat, you'll be good.Parking: Multiple businesses in this complex but parking is close but easy
