Good food. good times. It's a bit loud but all the staff are really nice and it's a bar that you can eat at. It's not exactly Applebees but the beer and food are good and the kids can come in off days

Bar area. On the small side extra sotting towards back. Good food. Place to hang out with friends and coworkers

The food is great. The drinks can be hit or miss depending on the tender. Not a bad spot for lunch or a night out.

When we said we were going to check out Chico, at least 3 different people said to go to the Banshee. And I'm so glad we did. This place was awesome. Big beer list, cool atmosphere, good service, and rock star food. I got the onion jam and blue cheese burger and it was perfect. Definitely get the Cajun fries. They know how to make quality food here and there were several things on the menu I want to try. I guess I will just have to go back! Don't skip this place when you're in town!

Fresh, fun food. Love the menu...never had a mediocre meal here. In a world where consistency matters, these guys nail it!

Always a good place to enjoy a meal that you can’t make at home. When passing through Chico, I make sure to stop in and have some Pho and sometimes a Lemon Drop afterwards. It’s a little bit noisy and dark inside but one of my favorite restaurants.Parking: It’s downtown so you might get lucky and find a spot to park close to the front door, or you may have to walk a few blocks. Parking is $2 minimum before 6pm M-F and you need to purchase a parking slip from the Kiosk machine, which takes coins and debit cards.

IT WAS FANTASTIC. Friends told us to grab food and a drink-- looks like a dive bar but the food is phenomenal and they can actually make a real cocktail (best of both worlds! Good vibes and good drinks/food.) Got the pho-French dip- WOW. :)

Their Pho is literally the best I have ever had and I'm extremely picky. Great quality food!

Food is excellent! The place is noisy if you want more of an intimate atmosphere, but the food is outstanding.

I lived in Chico for 8 years and this was my first time trying The Banshee! I went with a couple friends around 8pm on a Saturday night. The space was not too busy and we found a table easily. Although it looks like a bar it definitely caters to people who are there to eat, there was a ton of lighting and the servers were attentive. I got the steak and onion quesadilla and had the blueberry basil mojito as well. The quesadilla was actually very delicious with super tender melt-in-your-mouth meat and caramelized onions. The sauce on the side didn't pair very well though, it looked like some kind of sriracha and sour cream mix or something. The blueberry basil mojito was great as well, genuinely didn't taste the alcohol at all and it was sweet, but not too sweet. There is an upstairs area which I didn't go to, but it goes to show there's plenty of room to hang out. The food is a little pricey (for a quesadilla) but overall I would definitely come back!
