The salmon salad is the best salad I've ever had out in Chico! Excellent blend of flavors and textures. The pastrami melt is the best in town too. Love this truck, especially at Secret Trail!
I was at Secret Trail Brewery and the Black Kettle food trailer was there. My wife and I ordered food while we enjoyed some excellent beer. I had the pastrami sandwich and my wife had the salmon salad. Excellent food at a great price. I have never had a better sandwich and my wife really enjoyed her salmon salad. I also highly recommend the lemon curd cheesecake. All in all, great food!!

The Salmon Sandwich is superb! The Salmon was grilled to perfection, very moist. For a food truck they were fast with the cook time. They are a well oiled machine. Our friends had the grilled cheese and pesto and added some turkey to their sandwich. The presentation was appealing and grilled so all the cheese was perfectly melted.
