Ordered a sandwich that was supposed to be 33% bigger.... good joke..... asked for "lotsa" onions and black olives.....ha...footlong?...10 olive pieces...bout the same for onions .... no napkins... the store was out ..out of napkins... the guy before me brought the meal... and guess what???.... no cookies......

Good sandwiches! Fresh ingredients, and their bread is pretty tasty. Pretty good service most of the time except for one time we went into the store and a male employee randomly started talking about how he was 86ed out of the state of Arizona for sexual misconduct towards minors . He was really weird and we could tell his coworker (a young woman) was very uncomfortable.Not a reflection on Togo's but I was really weirded out by that.

Absolutely filthy restaurant. Can't believe they haven't been shut down. They share with Baskin Robbins Ice Cream which is just as filthy. Do not take your child here! Floors, tables counters you name it absolutely disgusting hygiene. They should be fined.

Okay so the last time I visited this place they gave me bad lettuce. Now today the Attitude was just not cool not professional n she just doesn't want to do her job today . N this was a different young lady . . Now by them missing a few things I asked for extra avocado to replace the ideas there were missing . She like I'm a rude voice know that will be extra. . Well today will be the last time enjoy
Nothing but the olives were correct about the order. Hot and toasty Italian without onions, pickles, or pepperoncini. Asked for sauce on the side. It was cold, sauce all over it, and loaded with onions and the other items requested not be added. It isn't even on the correct bread choice. This was the first and last time I will be trying this particular place. I should have checked the reviews for the location on dd. Many 1 star reviews for the same issue. Update: My husband tried to get the correct sandwich remade and it was still not done correctly. This one has the wrong sauce entirely.

By far the worst sandwich I have ever paid for. Expensive. Dirty restaurant . The girl kept touching her hair while talking with her coworker the whole time she was making my sandwich. Terrible professionalism.

The two people who were there were great. I was impressed in how well they balanced the orders from multiple people. Nice clean location and they do a good job. Unfortunately we all got hot sandwiches which take longer to prepare and quite frankly, aren't as good. They all were good sandwiches and prepared exactly as we wanted, but compared to the cold sandwiches they don't quite cut it. I'm glad we tried them and will certainly come back as this is the same price as other chains but a better quality.

Not only did two of the employees go on a 10 minute break while the dining room was full of people waiting to order. The employees literally prioritized completing orders on the baskin robins side for people that came at least 10 minutes after people who had been waiting for sandwiches. Ended up waiting about 40 mins in total for my sandwich when I only had 4-5 people ahead of me.
