We had to wait a bit for a table, that is usually a good sign because it is very popular. The food was served quickly and it was obviously fresh off the grill because it was piping hot. Wow, it was fabulous and the serving was large. 3 of the 5 of us ordered the vegetable hash with scrambled eggs. The eggs were cooked to our order and it was delicious! The sour dough toast was thick and soft and crunchy. The vegetables were flavorful with varied textures. The service was excellent, although our server seemed a little sleepy/tired when he first took our order. It did not take away from our experience. I ate every bite! I would love to return to this restaurant again and again.

First time visit to this truck was near the Secret Trail Brewing Co. The gentleman who took and prepared our food order was friendly, gracious, and had a good sense of humor. The sandwiches were made on a good quality roll, warmed to the perfect temperature, and seasoned nicely. Pulled Pork has a good hit of cumin in it, nothing bland about it. Very tasty. Looking forward to trying all the things on the menu.

This food truck has the best and oddest nachos I have ever had... Polenta on Nachos... The bomb!!!

I ordered food for a customer lunch today. Wraps and the famous Mac n Cheese. All the food was to-die-for. Lots of happy bellies and plenty of food for everyone. I highly recommend!

You can always count on Wander to serve insanely delicious grub, with an eclectic twist. The Slow Poke Sammy is my favorite, not just a awesome pulled pork sandwich, it's garnished with red cabbage for a bit of crunch and a truly unique flavor. If you order it "bearded" the will add the veggies from the Bearded Lady which is an excellent vegetarian sandwich option.

Tried this place for the first time at the Thursday Night Market tonight. Got the Mac and Cheese with bacon. It was all good until I found a hair in my food halfway through!

Outstanding. Together with Truck-A-Roni they catered our wedding and 100% knocked it out of the park. Great food, they change their menu all the time and are super great to work with.

I've had this trucks food twice now and I don't think there will be a third time. While the Turkey in the Straw was very good, the other sandwich I tried, the pulled pork one wasn't very good at all. The pickled cabbage overpowered the taste of the sandwich and even after removing it from the sandwich, the damage had been done and I basically had a pickeled pork sandwich, yuck. The berry drink they had available was really sweet, but not bad, and they had a nice selection of chips. The cookie was terrible. Over cooked and hard as a rock. This is a good truck to try once, but I wont be a regular.

Nice people. Great food. Great concept. If you see the truck, stop by and give it a try. Love the fancy soda pop options.

Everything is home made with care. The definition of quality and class without a high price. The guys running the truck are awesome too. If you're lucky enough to spot this truck, get food here! The Mac and cheese is good later too, I was stoked to have leftovers that night :)

There are a lot of creative food trucks in Chico, but Wander takes the cake. It's difficult to describe the food genre, but 'sophisticated hipster carnival food' is about the best I can do. Food: This is the most important thing, right? I've tried a couple things from the menu, both of which were delicious. - The first was a modern twist on classic Mac N' Cheese, complete with rabbit-shaped cheese crackers on top! Did I mention you can add bacon for $1? Piping hot and exquisitely tasty. The only thing left to desire was more, which is one thing I should note - the portion was a little small for the price. - Today I tried the nachos. The word nachos doesn't even begin to describe the delicious flavors that graced my belly. When I think of nachos, I think of the cheap corn chips with that awful canned transfat sauce disguised as cheese. This was quite a different experience. First, there were more than nachos in the container. I wish I could go back and see the menu for a full list of ingredients, but I'll do the best I can with what I remember. The only thing traditional about this delicious meal were the corn chips. You can add meat for $1, which appeared to be pulled pork? Whatever it was - amazing! Now here comes the real stuff. There was some sort of baked cake-like bread in the mix, filled with delicious mild peppers, and topped with a sweet salsa. The whole shebang was doused in a wonderful mild cheese sauce, with the color and consistency of alfredo sauce, but lacking the strong flavor and density of alfredo. It was so light and creamy that it was almost like chowder! This meal was considerably more filling than the Mac N' Cheese for a similar price, too! Service: Both of the guys working at the truck were very friendly, and the food is prepared very quickly! Overall, I'm very impressed with Wander. Give them a try!
